- Left Heart Catherization- performed in hospital setting using a special dye to see blockages in the arteries of the heart
- Lower Extremity Angiography-procedure used to identify and treat problems of the circulation of the legs and feet using X-rays and injection of a special dye to see the arteries .
- Venous Ablation- a nonsurgical procedure to treat varicose veins
- Cardiac stress test- diagnostic test used to check for possible blockage in the arteries that supply the muscle of the heart
- Ultrasound- diagnostic imaging to image circulation issues of the heart, legs, and neck
- Lab/phlebotomy services- blood tests used to help diagnose and treat various health problems

- Insertion, removal, and monitoring of implanted cardiac devices including Pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders.
- Cardiac monitoring an also be performed with external devices, such as a heart monitor for recording of electrical rhythm of the heart.
- External Defibrillator- temporary vest used for patients during medical treatment until permanent device is implanted or treatment no longer needed.

Elliot Kurban - MD
Dr. Kurban has over eighteen years of experience in the medical field and treating cardiovascular diseases. He has been committed to serving patients of west Tennessee since 2003.
Jackie Scott - FNP
Jackie has been practicing as a nurse for seventeen years. She has worked with Dr. Kurban since 2017 as a Registered Nurse.. She has now obtained her master’s degree in Nursing and is working as a nurse practitioner.
Holly Bunch - APN
Holly has over twenty-five years of experience treating cardiac patients. She began her career with bedside nursing in the hospital and is now a nurse practitioner. She has been treating patients with Dr. Kurban for fifteen years and counting.
