    We came late… almost to closing and they were very accommodating and patient. Our waiter was very attentive and food was outstanding! Recommend the fish and chips!

    We had a simple early dinner. My Cheeseburger and my wife’s Cheesesteak were both excellent and paired very well with the side of fruit that was served. Our server was prompt and very friendly. We dine at Cap City as often as we can and will continue to do so.

    Our whole family loves this place I love knowing I can a gluten free philly cheese steak. I do wish they had more dessert options for allergy related, love to have dessert once in awhile Every time I've been it's been cheesecake, last time was peanut butter. Don't understand why there would be peanut knowing peanut allergy is common Plus some have dairy intolerance Hope to see more chances to food, I might try something next time

    We chose Cap City Diner for the value: not too expensive and great portions, but we got so much more! Our server, James was outstanding!! Plus, they have excellent choices on their Gluten Free menu. Drinks are reasonably priced. My only suggestion would be to get a better assortment of hard ciders.

    My wife and I and friends have had dinner here the last 2 Friday evenings. Why you say? Their blue plate special is Lake Erie Walleye and it is delicious! Take your big purse and expect to pay for this dinner. Happy to say it is worth it. Start with some really good clam chowder and if you are lucky they will have the chef’s coconut cream pie for dessert. Oh, and you will need a reservation as the word is out and this place is packed!!
