Florida-based Spirit Airlines (NK) flies nonstop to over 90 destinations in the United States, Caribbean, Central and South America. The carrier flies an all-Airbus fleet which is one of the youngest and most fuel-efficient in the U.S. Planes are configured with Economy Class seating as well as Big Front Seats. The flight leaving San Diego was 1:45 minutes late, which cause me to miss my connecting flight in Las Vegas. I had to spend the night in a hotel, Spirit refused to reimburse me. The next day, the departing flight from Las Vegas was delayed over an hour. There were multiple gate changes for the same flight, which weren't made clear. The posted flight information was incorrect, and agents couldn't confirm correct information. Spirit did not email me boarding confirmation or boarding pass, I had to email them and request it. And, they charged me extra for checking a bag because they said I didn't check it in advance electronically, but I did. Stay away from this airline! It's a Dark Spirit!…

The crew has a racket going on. We were told The plane was Completely full. I had a middle seat. I asked the attendant before boarding if I could be moved to an aisle or window. The answer was no bc flight was overbooked. But when we bosrded, 2 full rows were empty. Then once doors were closed, spirit employees which were flying as passengers asked to be moved to the empty rows so they could sleep. And getting reimbursed for wifi that doesn’t work is impossible. They make it as confusing and difficult as possible so you don’t ask for a refund. You need email, flight confirmation number, wifi confirmation number, wifi confirmation receipt number and a host of other information all of which are on separate emails. Ridiculous.…

Great value graet staff awesome flight. That security was very accommodating to my daughter that is pregnant. Our flights were smooth. A little turbulence on our way back but nothing big.

Received numerous spam emails trying to upsell me. Day of travel, flight gets delayed 2-3 times then a few hours before flight it gets canceled. Almost 3 hours waiting for customer service on chat and they are no help in finding a new flight. Refund us $400 and it cost is $900 to find another flight with a different airline. Hopefully they don’t cancel our flight home.…

We boarded the plane sat down and everything was fine until, the captain said everyone has to exit the aircraft cuz it was decommissioned , then instead of departing at 1145 it was delayed until 1 and we didn’t take off until 1:55 and then we switched gates, and finally they offered 1000$ a free hotel room and a free plane ticket for tomorrow for people to leave the next day!!!!!😡😡😡😡…
