There are voices in the world that all music lovers know by name because these group of peaople had one very big hit and that ones is a song that we never forgot and this is such a man with a incredible soul voice and that is Jimmy Helms,fine music warm sound and very nice to dance to on party's & weddings.
I know him such a long time and I'm placed to find a cd record on amazon a records I don't know it because I don't know the biografy of Jimmy Helms.
Thanks to the seller for the quick delivery and everything was ok,case and cd were in good condition and no damaged at all.

Jimmy Helms is yet another of those talented artists who never quite managed to achieve his potential. A terrific vocalist who had a monster hit with "Gonna Make You An Offer You Can't Refuse" but failed to find a suitable follow up hit. This cd comprises the the complete track list of an album he released on PYE records, a UK label, in 1975 along with a number of tracks released only as singles. There are several covers and a number of the tracks are written by Jimmy. The material is ok- although it strays into that mid 70s MOR bag. You could easily see Jimmy perform much of this material on the nightclub circuit that was the bread and butter income for many artists such as Jimmy in the 70s- ex Drifter Bill Fredricks & Lovelace Watkins come to mind. Jimmy did go on to achieve further chart success as featured vocalist in the dance group Londonbeat in the 80s reaching No2 in the UK with "I've Been Thinking About You". I often imagine the career he might've had if Gamble & Huff had written and produced for him...
