Never, ever, fly with TAP Air. This company is a joke from start to finish. Our flights got cancelled at the last minute, which can happen, and the customer service journey started from there. We're still waiting to be refunded by the airline after 1.5 years who continuously tried to take shortcuts in order to avoid payment. First they offer you the voucher option which we refused, then the customer service tells you that a payment refund is on the way while it is not. They make you wait with promises that a refund is on the way while they keep you stuck in a loop to then ask you to reach out to a specific refund department. While filling out a new claim, other shortcuts are there to make sure your claim is hard to file as they ask for mandatory information that you truly have to dig for. Never writing reviews but hope this comment could somehow, someday help someone who's considering flying with TAP not to. Just don't.…
