Taobao will estimate the shipping fee based on the total weight of the orders consolidated. You will only need to pay shipping fee once and there will be no additional charges from the parcel forwarder.

2) Can I use Taobao Global Direct Shipping service on mobile?

Yes. However, Taobao Global Direct Shipping service is not available on China Taobao App. In order to select Taobao Global Direct Shipping service through mobile app, please download Taobao Global App from App Store or Google Play.

3) How do I know if I am eligible for Global Consolidate & Shipping fee discount?

The discounted shipping fee will be shown when you finish consolidating your orders from 12 Nov 2015 to 30 Nov 2015. Limit one redemption per customer. Singapore 15,000 offers and Malaysia 10,000 offers only. Based on the payment completion time of international shipping fee. First come, first serve. (There are still offers available.)

4) Can I enjoy Global Consolidate & Shipping fee discount if I consolidate my 11.11 order with other orders before or after 11.11?

You can enjoy Global Consolidate & Shipping fee discount as long as your consolidated orders contain 11.11 orders which have Consolidate & Shipping fee discount. In addition, you have to finish consolidating your orders from 12 Nov 2015 to 30 Nov 2015.

5) Why can't I enjoy shipping fee discounts when consolidating my orders?

- Prohibited items are not able to enjoy this discount. Please go to help center and refer to the latest prohibited items list.

- Each member is only entitled to Consolidate & Shipping discount once. Please ensure that you have not use the discount before.

- Consolidated orders did not include orders made on 11.11.2015. Shipping fee discounts only applies to orders completed on 11 Nov 2015 and consolidated before 30 Nov 2015.
