Rooms are really nice with well designed and furnished bathroom. Fitness room is quite small but equipped with all relevant training equipment. On the contrary the pool is really great and could be reason to do laps. But don´t forget your swim goggles, the water is strongly chlorinated. Sauna is sufficient and the relaxing area is really nice arranged. Breakfast is served in two restaurants. One western style and the other one asian style. I habe only visited the western stye restaurant which has a nice view on the Bund river. - Jessica T5 contributionsSkinCity is in a lovely area of Shanghai with lots of coffee shops and park space. I had gel nails, a mini facial and a lymphatic drainage massage by Maria. The service was excellent, I am extremely happy. Maria did the treatments at the highest standard, and Leslie (manager, I believe) was very kind and friendly. She ordered tea for me and helped me order a Didi taxi as I did not have the app. I would recommend it as the communication of the staff is great and the quality of the service is exceptionally high. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, they work hard to provide the best customer service.
In the SPA water area are a few bassins with different water temperatures and properties. A few jacuzzis, even an electric bath, which I had never seen before, it was a nice discovery:) 2 saunas, not hot, warm
You can have the body exfoliating and other treatments in there. Much more than necessary is provided.
Men and women are separate, you cannot wear the swimsuit in the bathing area.
Upstairs, you can have different kinds of massage and facials. All masseuses are professional, I did it every day during my 3 nights stay in the hotel.
There are heated relaxing stone and salt beds.

We both conked out within seconds and enjoyed a restful snooze. Lovely decor, thoughtful staff. The only quibble was that we had a terrible time finding it and no one we reached by phone had enough English to help us out. Facilities are clean and staff quite friendly.
Would definitely recommend, worth giving a try!

The massage rooms clean and comfortable. My therapist, Apple, was THE best. Very knowledgeable about the body's structure and how the muscles relax. I chose the Bamboo massage where the therapist works with sticks of bamboo. Similar to hot stone therapy but absolutely effective!
The massage by Apple, is one of the best I've ever had! I will definitely be back!
I also have to mention Evelyn who helped me with my appointment! She is super friendly and welcoming! She paid special attention to my problem zones and gradually removed the tension and blocks in the body.
