Old Town Canadienne Canoe

Recommended Posts

Old Town Canadienne. 36 years old--a true classic designed by the legendary Ralph Frese (Chicagoland Canoe Base). It is 17'2", made of Kevlar, weighs only 59 pounds. It is described as a "workhorse on multi-day trips, a delight for two paddlers....amazingly responsive boat to solo...a leaf on the water...highly forgiving for the novice...very balanced tripping canoe...nice combination of tracking and maneuverability...one of the finest canoes ever made".

Great way to access some of the more remote, less pressured areas to fish!

I have a canoe hauler ($50), a seat ($50), two Bending Branches paddles (over $150 each), and an REI XL size PFD ($95).

I'd like to get $1500 for the canoe; will sell all for $1,800. I'll deliver it within 150 miles for full price!

I'm in Plantation if you would like to see it. Let me know what questions you may have. Contact me via DM.

Thanks for looking!
