The coach being negative to the student because "jocks" the "team doesn't want you changing with them anymore so use solo room" This is sad because all this stuff this boys going through is what people in real life deal with. Also follows a girl who lies about her age to college guy which is what happens in real life. This is scary because this happens in real life. This tackles real life issues with parents, students, and life. This show is based off Love, Simon and Josh Duhamel appears in season 2 the dad of Simon. This season of the show deals with the aftermath of Victor's coming out, as he navigates through the challenging times with his family, while also dealing with his relationship with Benji, which is tested multiple times, due in part to Victor's family. It continues to be a heartwarming story, even though sometimes it looks like a soap opera where all the characters seem to be tested at the same time with their own issues over and over again. But it reflects certain coming-of-age aspects with grace and accuracy. Also, the way the parents reject and then accept Victor as he is, is very moving and praiseworthy, despite the rocky start. His mother has the best character arc this season because of it. The show is binge-worthy due to its very entertaining plots and incredible cliffhangers!
