When Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse tied the knot on July 15, 2023, in the bride’s home country of Hungary, the model wore three different wedding dresses for each phase of the celebration. For the ceremony, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel sported a custom silk Vivienne Westwood gown, which Palvin described as “timeless and classic” during the couple's interview with Vogue. She completed the first of three looks with sheer gloves, a sheer train, a cathedral-length veil, sparkly Jimmy Choo heels, and a diamond choker necklace and earrings from Tiffany & Co., the same luxury jeweler that designed the couple’s rose gold diamond wedding bands.

When the time came for her second outfit, the bride changed into a sleek tea-length dress by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini. According to Palvin, the garment was the perfect choice for dancing and celebrating. “The dress made me feel like a modern princess,” she said. For the third and final getup, the bride sported a red mini-dress that honored her Hungarian heritage. “There is also a Hungarian tradition where you have to wear a red dress after midnight,” she explained to the outlet. “It’s called menyecske ruha.” It was only fitting that Palvin selected an ensemble from a Hungarian designer: Mero. “They created the dress of my dreams,” she gushed. “It was sexy and sweet but also comfortable—exactly what I wanted.”

Since Palvin put a lot of thought into curating her own wedding wardrobe, she wanted her bridesmaids to feel equally empowered to wear outfits that captured their own personal style. “It was important for me not to pick a specific color but rather a palette, so everyone could still express themselves however they wanted within the theme,” she said. Per the publication, she told her bridal party to wear any dress of their choosing as long as it was a pastel hue. “I wanted everyone to feel comfortable,” Palvin shared.

Sprouse also donned a fashionable ensemble for his special day. The former Suite Life of Zack and Cody star wore a black tuxedo, a white button-down dress shirt, a white floral boutonnière, and a Tiffany & Co. brooch on the lapel of his jacket.

After the couple said “I do,” Palvin shared their wedding video, taken by Márk Székelyhidi, Nikosz Hadzisz, and Géza Vadas with editing by Bence Janovits, with her followers on Instagram. The clip begins with the bride and groom primping and talking to members of their wedding party in the morning. Viewers then get an inside look at the duo’s ceremony, which includes Palvin walking down the aisle, the priest blessing the couple, and Sprouse slipping on his new wife’s wedding band.

The footage likewise features a funny moment between the bride and groom, in which Sprouse is fidgeting with his tie. “What are you doing?” Palvin asks. “I’m fixing my tie,” Sprouse responds, to which Palvin jokes, “Let it go. Ask for help. You have a wife now.” The video briefly shows the couple dancing while taking portraits and exhibits their guests mingling at cocktail hour before fans are transported to the reception. Based on the clip, the ceiling of the reception site was covered in greenery and string lights, and the tablescapes were minimalist with white linens. After their first dance, the bride and groom are pictured breaking a piece of bread, cutting into their wedding cake, and dancing with their guests.

This isn’t the only time Palvin and Sprouse will celebrate their nuptials. The newlyweds told Vogue that they’re planning on hosting a second ceremony in California—where Sprouse grew up—in the fall of 2023 with a larger guest list. Since their first event paid homage to Palvin’s home, the couple wanted an affair that represented Sprouse’s upbringing, as well. “We’re excited to go back to L.A., to our pets, and rest a bit before we start planning the American wedding,” Palvin told the outlet.
