David Newman Obituary
June 30, 1962 - March 3, 2024
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved brother David. He was born June 30, 1962, in Fort Smith, Arkansas and resided there until his passing, March 3, 2024.
He is preceded in death by his parents Oscar James Newman Jr. and Ruth Anne Doreen Newman, two brothers Larry James Newman, Billy Ray Newman and one sister Angela Gaye Burnett.
He is survived by his sisters Linda Dressendorfer (Gary) of Fort Smith, Ar. and Lou Anne Patrick (Richard) of Little Rock, Ar., as well as his sons, daughters and grandchildren.
David's best friend was his puppy "Babygirl". She brought him much joy companionship. She never judged him, she just loved him. David loved to help those in need. He offered them food, advice and a safe place. David loved to tinker with automobiles, electronics and things around his house.
While life was not always kind to David, he always wanted the best for everyone. He did the best he could with the spirit within him. He was dearly loved by his family and he will be greatly missed.
Philippians 1:3-I thank my God in all my remembrance of you.
My brother, you are now healed and dancing among the Angels.
