She returned to the big screen a few years later in 2007's I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry where she appeared in a role simply titled Brooklyn Woman.

Once again providing a voice for one of her son's movies, Judy performed additional voice roles for 2012's Hotel Transylvania. Seemingly getting the knack of appearing onscreen, Judy Sandler also played the role of the Little League Announcer's Grandma in 2014's Blended, one of the many collaborations between Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler.
