Up until this time I had my service done where I purchased my vehicle; Auto Express mechanic discovered some absolute neglect which would have resulted in my needing a new vehicle. Even though they took the appointment and vehicle, we were informed (after eating since October) they do not do transmission flushes. Also, the noise they were to diagnose, went undiagnosed - did follow instructions to replicate noise. So a service call that took 60 days to have done - nothing was accomplished.

Well. It took 2 trips and 8 weeks and 3 loaner vehicles and the transmission was finally fixed --maybe? Still having some issues and it will be over 4 weeks until we can get the vehicle back in for more investigation. In addition, another issue asked to be fixed or looked into doesn't appear to have happen.
