Back then we had 0 players. When a player logged in, the whole office would stop working to get in game to make sure he had someone to play with. We even considered hiring a high school kid to play ROBLOX all summer as a job.

John Doe's former Description.

John Doe was a famous Community Myth known for the event known as The March 18th Hoax. He and Jane Doe were considered "Hackers" in early 2017. He would always join at the same time as Jane Doe.

Investigations[]

John Doe, along with Jane Doe, didn't become an interesting topic of discussion until they were "classified" with 1x1x1x1 and TheC0mmunity, two exploiters known to cause panic. TheC0mmunity used the friend glitch, making it seem that he was friends with John Doe. However, this was debunked later by other people.

This debunking would only lead to even worse scenarios. Clickbait Youtubers would start to make videos about how John and Jane Doe are going to "hack Roblox", even though that was debunked by someone with experience. This whole situation is called The March 18th Hoax.

After the Hoax, John and Jane Doe changed outfits to try and make it seem normal and different from all the allegations thrown against them. They would only be remembered for this one Hoax and wouldn't come back online again.

History[]

John Doe created his account on February 27th, 2006 and is therefore the oldest Myth to date. He's even the second Roblox Account ever created. He never had his own game.

John Doe started as an anonymous test Account owned by Roblox and Erik Cassel, a former Roblox Employee who unfortunately died of cancer, to interact with other players when there weren't as many people who knew about the game. He would rarely come onto the site and would only come on the site when Jane Doe came on the site.

After 2006, John Doe didn't visit the site for a very long time. This gave exploiters such as TheC0mmunity and 1x1x1x1 the opportunity to become friends with him involving the friend glitch.

Due to these two exploiters being friends with him, people were starting to speculate if John Doe was a part of the exploiting organization known as 1x1x1x1. This was proven to be false by many other people, as the friend glitch has been abused in the past.

However, in 2017, Youtubers would start to catch on to this trend. They would start making videos about him, saying that he's going to hack all of Roblox on March 18th. This is what started The March 18th Hoax. People were freaking out about this "hacker" as more clickbait videos came on to Youtube. However, when March 18th, 2017 rolled around, nothing happened, because they were never hackers in the first place. Roblox themselves even had to debunk all allegations thrown against them to prove that this was only a hoax.

After the incident, John Doe, along with Jane Doe, would change their outfit to mask their identity and forget this whole situation. They weren't ever seen again on the site after the outfit change.

Appearance[]

John Doe has had two outfits. The first one had the R6 body style with a yellow head, torso and arms and blue legs. They had no clothes during this time period. After the incident, John Doe started wearing clothes, such as a Roblox hat, a Roblox shirt and black jeans.

Affiliations[]

John Doe has been misinterpreted in terms of Affiliations. Many people have said that he's part of TheC0mmunity and 1x1x1x1, which was proven to be false. He only has an affiliation with Jane Doe. They always visit the website together and don't leave eachother at all.

Danger[]

John Doe is barely even a threat. Therefore he's in Class A. He's never done anything to hurt anyone and also doesn't want to hurt anyone. However, all Myths still have some danger behind them. If you're too close to John Doe, the Myth Power still hurts you, as Myth Power is too strong of a force to survive as a Robloxian.

Behavior[]

John Doe has always been nice from the times people encountered him. He hasn't hurt anyone's feelings and only makes them comfortable.

Anatomy[]

Unlike a lot of Myths, John Doe is just a normal Robloxian. He's even mentally sane. There's literally nothing interesting about her aside from him being normal.
