It's very nice place to work also you have to fulfill your monthly target so I think it is quite difficult job

Basically the environment is very good for work but at the same time you have to fulfill their monthly target and more. Otherwise you have to face difficulty at the office. However the behaviour of your (TO) Take over manager is supportable and colleges too.

I started second job in country club company. I learned communication skills as well as my confidence level also increased when i did job. I did job as a tellecaller i got salary along with incentive.

Country club is that palace where you can make a bright future also good earning ...but you have to be hard worker and faithful for country club Good luck

Company is very good to work with, But employee face some of the problems like salary is not on time, management give that of 7th every month but salary never comes on time.

Work Culture is good but salary is not Sufficient for living.... Some people are playing cheap politics... There is lack of management from superior....

best

offers the best training any company can ever give. The 4 months you spend here will be the best days if your life. They also pay you for studying and clearing the tests. Also, you have a fat bonus if you are an HPF or TPF. So if you do well in your training, you get a good salary. Also, the salary for your further years depends on your training performance. So it is entirely in your hands.

Those who gave me a chance to work for 10 years and did not have a chance to think about another job.I gave 10 years of my life to the company and from that company gave me a lots of happiness

Ok, working with staff

Staff and hods are good, Salary compare to market is low, Appreciation increment is bad. Pressure work but not all the month at stating of month and closing time.

Had a good experience working with it

Working was a little bit of stressful as it was a sales executive job. Salary was too less compare to the city and the work stress. staff and management was good. Working time was good for higher studies.

The growth in this field is unlimited and need to sharpen ur skills.as i wish to stay in hyderabad i was requesting them to transfer but unfortunatly it is not happening so i wish to switch .

Bad atmosphere

Company gives false promises to the customers and the employees too like incentives, spif etc.didn't get anything. And the salary was so delayed to get. And most of all, if managers are in leave or in meeting they give us a week off. But that 'off' also includes our monthly off.

Pros

Long hrs for free except Saturday and Sunday.

Cons

Every day working including sunday. Extra leave may not allowed.
