A group of us went on the snowmobile and yurt experience - the trip was great and very good value for money, food was excellent and you got 4 activities included for about £100 each with dinner and drinks.

What wasn’t so great was the communication - once we paid it was almost impossible to get hold of the organiser and we had no idea what time we were supposed to meet or where. I contacted ESF twice and was told that the lady running the trip wasn’t contactable and they had tried also. We ended up waiting at the wrong chair lift that we had previously been advised.

Also it would have been good to have been given head torches for the tobogganing the first part of the run you can barely see where you are going but after it was fine.

Very good way of getting to learn how to ski. Looking forward to next year and trying some tricky reds runs.

After a lockdown ski break, I booked my daughter 5 private lessons and again esf we're excellent. She was keen to get on the mountain everyday, came back smiling, tired and a better skier. Thanks go to Louie, a safe skilled pair of hands and skis, very much appreciated.
