She was an encyclopedia of information and there wasn’t a question she didn’t have an answer to. More importantly she guided us seamlessly through a very busy environment almost making us feel like we were the only tourists there.

He was energetic and kept everyone interested and engaged with a solid flow of information and tour, without resorting to pictures on phone or from an album. You will still wait in security lines, but that is expected. A fun time to meet other travelers and experience places we might not have found on our own. He took his time to answer all our questions and gave plenty of time for pictures and breaks when needed! Definitely request Damian if possible! We had no issues with the tour itself once we were on it. It was awewsome. The only thing that bugged us is that we scheduled the tour for 3:30pm and they switched us to 4pm without even asking us first.
