Fullerton College Launches New Campus Map and Virtual Tour

Getting around Fullerton College has never been easier thanks to an exciting new virtual tour and campus map which is available on the Fullerton College website and Fullerton College Mobile. Launched by the Office of Campus Communications, the new navigation tool features 2D and 3D maps, directions, 360 photography, and building descriptions with detailed information about programs, services and various locations on campus.

“Our new campus map and virtual tour provide the campus community and visitors an opportunity to explore Fullerton College even before stepping foot on campus,” said Communications Specialist Melissa Serrato. “The virtual tours takes online visitors through about 20 areas of the campus, providing detailed information about academic programs and services and the campus map is a fast and easy to use wayfinding tool. We’re so happy to share this new resource with the campus.”

The virtual tour and new campus maps were developed through a partnership with Substance Media X-Tours.

Campus Map Features

The campus map features a drop-down menu and search bar which provide an easy way to look up buildings, academic programs, student services, and resources. The user can also toggle between a 2D version and 3D version of the campus map.

In both the 2D and 3D versions of the map, the user can also hoover over a building then click on the building to learn more about the services provided within the building. The maps identify key points of interest such as bike racks, EV parking, emergency phones, and ATMs and can provide walking directions to buildings using Google Maps

Virtual Tour Features

The 360 virtual tour uses 360 photography, videos, and guided stops to explore many of Fullerton College’s most visited buildings, including the Library, Quad, Theatre Arts Building, Counseling Division, and more. The guided tour has about 20 stops and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

All features of the virtual tour and map are available on the Visit page of the Fullerton College website.
