I booked my flight on Cheapoair and cancelled it within no time and I was shocked they charged me 100$ cancellation fees, I talked to them they made it 75$ but I wasn't happy at all, I posted a review, they called me back and sent me email saying they will refund me the whole amount which I felt it's fair, I know it takes few days for the refund to reflect on my Credit card so I'm waiting but I wanted to say that I'm happy with their customer service that they called me back, thank v

I have been charged on my credit card on 3-2-24 an amount of $628.44 by Cheap O Air. Can someone explain this charge as I cannot figure out what it may be for. Total tickets, travel protection, baggage asst. and seats equals $4,618.84 but I do not see this $628.44. Please let me know where this number comes from!

Fast service. The booking was a great price and the option to fly home from a different airport was brilliant. I recommend! Hopefully there will be no hidden costs. I rarely fly at Christmas. The prices are great. The site found a fare very convenient to where I live and right back home. This saved me so much hassle. I will definitely use this service again. What more can I say? The trip is one that suits me very well. Normally I have to work around getting to and from the airport.

All has gone well but have not received booking information from Lufthansa after 24 hours. This flight was the lowest priced of any for my destination. I am waiting for seat choices and luggage restrictions from Lufthansa to completely satisfy my expectations. If this works well—as I believe it will—CheapOair will be where I look first for my airline reservations.

This was a confusing transaction. I've been a SPIRIT fan for years due to price and family in the Detroit area. I will have to re-evaluate my options in the future, and determine what makes the most economical sense, which Spirit has been in the past, but now there are just too many unnecessary steps, as well as required information that has greatly lengthened the process of completing a transaction. I always pay in full, and like expediency, but this time I have been just 'frustrated' with the process.

I was told that I was able to change or cancel my booking within 24 hrs. When I did try, I was told that I will be charged the full amount. Since it was a nonrefundable thing but I was told by agents that it was not a problem.

Fraudulent insurance sales. Book at your own risk. Had a family emergency and was informed their insurance was sold through a third party. Was told there was nothing they can do for me and the insurance was only to have the right to file a claim.

Seamless Site Navigation. It was easy to understand the information on the site. The navigation was easy. No hang ups. That gave me confidence to proceed with the booking as one has to be careful with scams and unreliable sites. I have used CheapOAir on many occasions for over 20 years.

My car didn't go through my save card which should have gone through and then I had to call and I called the price had gone up. My safe part should have worked I even in other security code myself and I wouldn't go through it wouldn't go through and then I had to call

I need a Boarding Pass for my return flight now from HNL to KOA: Flight 238 Departing 5/5/2024 at 11:26AM. My flight to HNL from KOA on 5/3/2024 went smoothly and on time. I expect the same quality service for my return flight today.. I will continue to use your services and recommend you to friends. Thank you.
