James Hall (born December 29 in Tupelo, Mississippi) is an American television actor. His first professional TV work was playing the role of Willie Loomis on the daytime Gothic soap opera Dark Shadows. He first appeared in episode 199 and made five appearances in total before being replaced in the role by New York actor John Karlen.

Following his departure from Dark Shadows in 1967, James Hall played Murray Standish in the "Cruise to Oblivion" episode of N.Y.P.D.

He then appeared in a series of theatrical and television movies such as Who Is Harry Kellerman and Why Is He Saying Those Terrible Things About Me? in 1971, F. Scott Fitzgerald in Hollywood, also in 1971, Dog and Cat in 1977, The China Syndrome in 1979, A Force of One, also in 1979. In 1981 he played Clay Johnson in the TV movie Norma Rae. He played Chuck in Little Treasure in 1985. In 1989 he played Fred in the "Elysian Fields" episode of CBS Summer Playhouse.
