Well for starters, besides offering my review, I'd also like to offer the CORRECT running order of this CD compilation, BECAUSE it's different from the Amazon TRACK listing.
1. Axwell..."Heart Is King"...an instrumental opener. It's pretty good.
2. Alex Gaudino feat. Kelly Rowland..."What A Feeling"...Good & enjoyable song.
3. Laidback Luke & Steve Aoki feat, Lil Jon..."Turbulence"...An okay song. NOTE: The vocals feat. here are the SAME as 2014's song called "Turn Down For What", which is CURRENTLY on the American Top 40 Countdown.
4. Avicii..."Street Dancer"...Another instrumental song which is pretty good.
5. Deadmau5..."Sofi Needs A Ladder"...Great dance beat, but the lyrics are awfully repetitive. And I wonder where they get THIS song title from, as it's NEVER mentioned, @ all, throughout this song. Otherwise, it's an okay song, .
6. Robbie Rivera feat. Lizzie Curious..."Departures"...Good song. It's a shame that THIS song is SO short, because I really LOVE the female vocalist performing on "Departures".
7. Robbie Rivera feat. Ozmosis..."Keep On Going (But I Just Can't Dance)"...This song is pretty good, actually rather funny, I think.
8. Mischa Daniels feat. J-Son..."Where U Wanna Go"...This song is very good & it's the EXTENDED version that's offered here, but yet, it's NOT even 4 minutes long.
9. Wolfgang Gartner feat. Will.I.Am..."Forever"...This is ONE of my TOP favorite songs, on this mix. Unfortunately, I can never find THIS song in an EXTENDED version, which I'd REALLY love to hear. And I NEVER understood why this song NEVER hit the American Top 40 Countdown & Charts.
10. Designer Drugs feat Cerebral Vortex..."Through The Prism"...I like this song, but unfortunately, it's TOO SHORT, in fact, it's NOT even 3 minutes long.
11. Avicii..."My Feelings For You"...Very good dance beat, music & vocals, but unfortunately, it can be rather repetitive, after awhile.
12. Above & Beyond feat. Richard Bedford..."Sun & Moon"...I've grown kind of TIRED of THIS song, because it has appeared on almost every one of my 2011 EDM compilations. It's a passable song, otherwise.
13. Serge Devant Feat. Hadley..."Addicted"...This song was released in 2008 & it's another one of my FAVORITE songs from the 2009 time frame. It's a DIFFERENT version here, as compared to the 'Full Club Mix' on my "Ultra. Trance 09" compilation.
14. Eric Prydz feat. Jan Burton..."Niton (The Reason"...I really LOVE this song.
15. Armin Van Buuren feat. Laura V..."Drowning"...As I have mentioned on "Sun & Moon", I also have THIS song on every 2011 EDM compilation.....but that's OKAY because THIS song is my very TOP favorite song, incl., HERE. This song is EXCELLENT in my honest opinion.
Since I have purchased this CD compilation on April 24, 2014, I have enjoyed listening to this CD often. Actually, I jump right into track #6 & listen to it straight through to the END of the disc. I definitely feel that this compilation IS recommended, for EDM lovers, just like myself. And Wolfgang Gartner's mixing is GREAT.
The transitions are smooth, the beat is consistent, and this is great for working out. Highly recommend this download. Make sure you can play cuts continuously without the pauses in between songs because Gartner really has some subtle transitions that are excellently laid out.
Its a great collection of songs but most of them are cut so short that just when they get to the good part they switch to the next song. Kinda dissapointing.

Please remember that this is a nonstop mix album. Those that want the full songs are better off getting the singles.
The mixing is well done and in great sync. The electro house section from 2 through 5 was great and got me in the mood for the rest of the album. Perfect to listen to if you're driving around. While I enjoyed the album, the song selection wasn't as good as EDC 1, but there was plenty of head boppin to go around. Pick up the compilation!
