All of us here in the Register of Deeds office remain committed to protecting and preserving Davie County's records in order to secure their integrity for all time.  We remain ready and willing to help all citizens and will continue to be knowledgeable in our field, courteous to our patrons, and efficient in our work to bring you remarkable customer service.  

Please note we are currently operating under our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Calling ahead to schedule an appointment to obtain a marriage license is highly recommended, but is not required. No appointment is necessary for Notary Publics.
