The Baby
Brenda hides her baby in the workroom. Paddy demands a crèche for the girls' babies. They use some of Fenner's material to make a nappy, and Carole has to model a skirt with a panel missing.

Getting Married
The girls use some of Fenner's material to make a wedding dress for Carole, and he has to make 20 dresses look like 24.

Early Start
Fenner installs a time-clock. The girls put £5 on a horse named Paddy at 20 to 1.. It wins, but Carole has inadvertently sown the betting slip into a blouse.

French Fashions
Paddy gives Carole a home perm in the workroom and indirectly causes Fenner's permanent crease slacks to end up stiff as boards. The workers have to pretend to be French to get the order.

The Sample
Carole goes to lunch in a sample dress. The girls have to cover for her, to their own disadvantage.

Unhappy Customer
Fenner installs a vending machine. Lily discovers that it will accept buttons. When the girls receive their pay packets, they find they contain buttons instead of coins.

Doctor's Orders
Fenner is confined to bed by his doctor. The girls try to cure him by a variety of methods. Reg tries to add glitter to a dress by painting it with metallic paint.

Christmas Box
The girls have a sideline making stuffed toys for Reg to sell on the street. A policeman is on the track of the illegal vendor.
