Farragut High School Reviews
Rating 3.94 out of 5 511 reviews
The school has a lot to offer. There are a number of diverse classes someone can take! However, they have implemented academies which makes freshman choose a pathway. I never saw this as a benefit because it doesn’t allow kids to experience different types of classes and try new things.
Farragut High School operates at an extremely high level academically. It is a school that offers a wide selection of AP courses, allowing for its students to become prepared to further their education. Personally, I had a great high school experience. Farragut is extremely safe, and the school itself harbors a collective sense of unity and pride, especially during sporting events. The only things I would like to see change would be for the students to be able to offer specific inputs (that would actually be implemented) of how to improve the school, physically and not.
It was a really good school as in academic wise, and the different classes you can take with different difficulty. The students were horrible, and not welcoming to new students. No one was very welcoming, and made it difficult to enjoy being there. Teachers were nice, some I still talk to and the admin was nice other than the counselors. College counselor doesn’t know what she’s doing, and was judgmental towards the school options I chose. Grade counselor wasn’t always helpful towards me, some loved her I did not.
