There would be no way for a gluten free bread to be 100% equal to conventional bread in all categories...
texture, flavor, aroma and mouth feel...But in the flavor category, I give this bread 5 stars...I ordered the
4 pack...opened the first loaf I grabbed....really will eventually taste them all but my first try was the buckwheat. For flavor, it's wonderful.....I toasted it and then melted vegan cheese on top of it....Reminded me a bit of pumpernickel and for people who don't eat gluten, there is always this craving for bread we
ate as a child...I've been gluten free for over 30 years and I honestly believed my chance of being able to find a great GF bread was slim to none... The developers of these recipes hit a home run....I've tried to bake bread but it's a fine ART I will never master....I froze the other 3 loaves and will just eat one loaf at a time and see if I have a true favorite...This is a game changer for me....toasting the bread gave me a delicious fast lunch....It was profoundly satisfying....To think I read hundreds of reviews on a variety of gluten free breads before I chose Happy Campers....It's always difficult to know if all reviews are genuine but this time they ARE....My only negative is the mouth feel and that is only because I was very carefully analyzing what I was experiencing...a slight sense of gumminess......I don't see this as a big negative for my overall review of the bread....but holding it in my mouth left me feeling something very different from ordinary bread.......it's just that I'm mentioning it...Kind of the way flax seeds feel in my mouth if I've soaked them...slimy...Still that one small negative doesn't negate my overall review which is 5 stars...

It is a wonderful tasting bread....very close to conventional bread...These are very well packaged loaves..My 4
loaves arrived in perfect condition....very fresh tasting and no crumbling or any slices falling apart...That's
always been a problem for me with many gluten free loaves I've purchased before.....I love the ingredients, the high fiber content...the variety of flavors....Considering the 4 loaves included the shipping cost and arrived within 2 days of my order, I felt the price was fair as the product speaks for itself...

All I can say is that if people just tried this bread, they might learn that there is a better breads than what they've been purchasing...I've tried probably 15 or more different brands of gluten free bread and so far, this is my very favorite...

I have to admit the good thing about this bread is it doesn't have any of the ingredients that I want to avoid. Gluten free, no eggs and no dairy is ideal. However, I don't enjoy eating it. I don't particularly like the taste and the texture. It is not a compact bread and it has lots of holes. I am used to the Food for Life gluten free bread which I find spectacular. I ordered these because, unfortunately the Food For Life GF bread was sold out at the online stores I buy it from. The truth is I will continue buying Food For Life and will order these from the Happy Campers when my favorite bread is not available.

I think this bread is also overpriced. Each package contains 11 slices, which is a total of 44 slices for 45 dollars.

In other words, we are paying one dollar per slice.

My cafe is adding toast and grab-n-go sandwiches for our winter menu. We tried Happy Campers, along with several other gluten free bread brands, to choose from.

We held a tasting with our team as well as customers. Happy Campers was hands down the most popular option. In fact it was so good I decided to leave this review. More people need to know about this bread.

When toasting, it has a light crunchy outside with a perfect soft and moist middle. It also toasts faster than other brands.

It made great sandwiches also. Just toasting lightly and not getting it crunchy made soft and pliable slices that stayed that way all day, even into the next day.

It's more expensive than others, but it has the best ingredients. Our customers value organic, clean and wholesome, so this bread was a winner overall.

I received my order and am so sorry to say that this bread tastes horrible. I have so excited to finally have gluten free bread after 20 years. I am not that picky and will usually eat anything that is healthy for me and won't cause inflammation. I don't know if I will be able to eat this, it is dry and tastes like sawdust. toasting makes it worse and sandwiches taste better in lettuce. I won't be ordering again and am sad to waste so much money.

Wow this is the best GF bread I’ve ever had!! It has such a wonderful flavor and texture. It tasted like real bread! And they use such wholesome ingredients. I felt so good eating it and giving it to my kids. Many GF breads are filled with rice and starches. This bread is awesome!! Highly recommend!
