Flint Hill School Reviews
Often a question I receive when being asked about Flint Hill is, "What makes Flint Hill special?" I could choose to talk about just how great the arts programs are, or how much I enjoy the athletics department, but I always choose to emphasize the Flint Hill community. As I entered Flint Hill in ninth grade, within just a few days, I realized how much the community was valued. This school adopts an environment where everyone can truly express themselves and are supported to maximize their full potential. Friends, peers, faculty and staff, and even parents are what have my experience so far here, and I want to do the same for others. Go Huskies!
Parents of other alums have told us not to use the in-house college counselors and to hire our own. What's the point of spending 55k/year on a college prep school, if parents are also needing to hire their own outside counselors (averaging 10-20k per contract)? To add insult, after signaling we may not return, we were repeatedly asked for donations for the annual fund.
