You may be experiencing the following:
1. First of all, your verification account is normal, but you can not receive the verification code, you can try to change the environment to receive the verification code.
For example:
Change your login device: use the browser on your cell phone to login to account.microsoft.com and then try to send the verification code again.
Turn off your VPN proxy or change your WiFi network.
Change your browser: e.g. change to firefox , a three-way browser.
2.You can also try to turn on edge privacy mode to receive the code again.

Finally, if you really can't receive the verification code, we suggest you try to change the time to try.
