In 2022, Mitchell averaged career-highs with 18.4 points per game, 4.2 assists per game and shot 43.8 percent from the field, to go along with 1.9 rebounds and 32.6 minutes per contest in 31 games played.

Before missing the last five games of the regular season in 2022 with an injury in her left foot, Mitchell played in all 153 games and was at the time the longest active streak in the WNBA.

Finished the 2021 season as the eighth leading scorer in the WNBA.

During the 2020 season, Mitchell completed her master’s degree in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Later that day against the Minnesota Lynx, Mitchell became the second fastest player in franchise history to reach 1,000 career points in her 74th game with the Fever.

In the 2019 regular season finale at home against Connecticut, Mitchell poured in the most points ever scored by a Fever player (38) and made the most 3-point field goals (9) in a game in franchise history.

Named to the WNBA All-Rookie Team in 2018 and was the only rookie participant in the 3-point shooting contest at the WNBA All-Star Game.
