This one being located bit away from the centre is perfect if you want bit peaceful quite time yet close to the centre (10 mins walk). Room/suite is spacious clean and mine had a great view being in the corner. Suites are equipped with a fully equipped pantry with tea/coffee maker. Breakfast was basic but good. Best part is you have nice coffee and even fruits available at the reception 24hrs. Unlimited bottled water which you usually don’t get in most of the hotel. Airport transfers available which was quite helpful. An indoor pool and basic gym tool. But if needed the hotel has a tie up with a local gym nearby and guests can access free. Super efficient and helpful staff.

The unit we stayed in was a little smaller than most of the suites we book but this is a smaller than average Homewood Suites. I think I was told that they only have around 41 rooms. The place was clean, the location was great and all the staff members were warm and friendly as well as informative. I don't think we have ever stayed in any place where all the staff members had smiling faces until now. Although there is an additional fee, this place is dog friendly which was convenient for us. The breakfasts each morning had a good selection and they put also put out baked cookies every afternoon. We had a compact kitchen with a fridge, small dishwasher, a cooktop and microwave making it easy to prepare a meal for nights you want to stay in. They also had a washer and dryer unit available on our floor so we could keep up to date with our laundry. We would stay here again.

I am delighted to see that you enjoyed your stay with us and thank you very much for your kind words about our Team. I hope to welcome you again soon! We decided to stay in Jackson Hole while visiting the Grand Tetons and decided to try this hotel. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. They are very covid conscious. The room had an unbroken sticker on the room door stating that it had been cleaned prior to us opening it. The staff disinfected the luggage cart when I returned it. Staff was wearing facemasks and there was a shield at the front counter. They do not clean your room during your stay but you can request clean towels from the front desk. The room was a very spacious single bedroom with a fireplace. Overall, very nice hotel and great staff. Stay here if you visit Jackson Hole, Wy

The best part about this hotel is for the location, which is a short drive to the Tetons. Yellowstone is over an hour away to the south gate and then about another hour or so to the more popular sites in the middle of the park. It is also within walking distance to the town square and a lot of stores, restaurants/bars etc if you are open to doing that I this COVID mask wearing time. Jackson currently has a mandatory mask policy if you are out in public. Otherwise it is a short drive to just about anywhere in Jackson, but the traffic is often congested and there was a decent amount of construction in the area.

This being a Homewood the rooms do have a small kitchen with stovetop, toaster, some pots/pans, utensils, dishwasher, and a full size fridge/freezer, which is very helpful, especially or eating in your room during these COVID times. The rooms are on the smaller size compared to other Homewoods, but this wasn't originally a Homewood, so it was adapted from a previous layout. They will not clean your room unless you are there more than 5 days, which means you are responsible for getting new towels, taking out your trash, getting toilet paper, toiletries etc. The breakfast is also pick-up only which is ordered daily, the night before. You don't always get what you ask for. There is no normal happy hour or nightly reception, but they do offer some free snacks in the lobby. They do have free washer and dryer, so if you bring our own detergent you can wash your clothes as long as it's available. There is also an indoor pool that was open during our stay, but didn't seem heated.

The most negative aspect to note is that is you have a room on the west side with windows facing Millward street you will encounter A LOT of street noise. Semi trucks, tour buses, cars, trucks, motorcycles etc. at all hours (day and night). It seems like this is a popular route, possibly to bypass the town square area which is more congested. I would ask for a room that is on the east side of the hotel.

I wanted to like this hotel and was looking forward to our six night stay in Jackson. I was expecting so much more but this hotel is as no frills as it gets. We are Hilton diamond members but there was zero benefit to having the status at this hotel. We were not even recognized as Diamond members at check in. I understand that these are trying times with Covid but at the same time when I am paying for a service or experience at full price I expect full service. I can’t help but feel that companies are simply cutting costs in the disguise of taking Covid precautions. There is no breakfast in the dining room and instead you have to visit the desk each day and fill out a piece of paper, then return the paper, then come down and get your order in a bag each morning. The selection does not change at all each day and is very limited: one type of frozen burrito, bagel, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. It gets very tiresome after a few days and extra work for the guest to have to go through the whole ordering process each day. They are offering no house cleaning whatsoever until after checkout. I would have no issue with this if we were only staying a few nights but not for six nights. We had to dump our dirty towels in the laundry room today and go downstairs to and get new towels. That’s what we were told to do for new towels. We had to take our trash cans outside and dump them into the outside trash cans. This is ridiculous when we are on vacation and paying to stay at a hotel. The rooms are very small and tight for a suite and the smallest suite I have ever stayed in. It is so tight you can sit at the dining table and reach everything in the kitchenette. The couch is so small you have to take the back cushions off just to sit on it comfortably. The wifi is terrible and constantly disconnects. The final straw today was when I realized there isn’t even an ice machine to use on any floor. After walking every floor I asked the front desk and they said they had to get it for us as only they had access to it. It seems at this hotel you need to go down to the front desk for everything: breakfast, towels, ice , etc. Shouldn’t it be the other way around at a hotel? The only positive I can honestly say there is of this hotel is the location. It is extremely central and walking distance from everything down town. This is not the Hilton experience one would expect. It actually doesn’t resemble any sort of hotel experience. Even with Covid there is no excuse for this. If you do not want to serve your guests then just simply shut down the hotel.

Dear dsd4261, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with the Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson Hole, WY. I am very sorry to read that our front office team did not thank you for your Hilton Honors Diamond membership; please note that this is unusual of our our spirit and will be reviewed with the front desk agents. I am also very sorry that our breakfast offerings are not to your satisfaction. Due to a county ordinance, we are not allowed to offer a buffet breakfast at this time and hoped you would be happy with the many cold items we offer: 4 kinds of bagels, condiments, english muffin, breakfast buritto, muffins, granola bars, 4 fruits, 8 kinds of cereals, two juices, and 2 milks. I am sorry this was not the case. I am also sorry about our reduced housekeeping service. Unfortunately, most of our housekeepers have pre-existing medical conditions making them more at risk of a severe reaction to Covid-19. Knowing this information, it is my duty to protect them as best as I can. I wish I had known you really needed your room serviced as I would have been happy to take care of it for you. I hope we can invite you back for a more satisfactory stay. Best regards, Guillaume Bauch General Manager

Comfortable bed, extra space was nice! The staff were very friendly. After having a nice encounter with the person checking me in, she suggested I check out a certain area of Grand Teton for Bull Moose. Her recommendation panned out and I ended up with some world class photos. I don't remember her name but if she's reading this, thank you very much! You weren't working the next day so I couldn't say thank you in person.
The pool and hot tub at this location were excellent. Pool temperature was perfect. Many other places are too cold right now, this one was perfect!
Hotel should be enforcing Hilton's required mask policy. Almost all guests were not wearing masks in public areas or at check it in. Signs everywhere said it was mandatory. While the room was great, I will likely transition to staying at Airbnbs instead of big hotel brands like this because big hotel brands including this one are not following their own policies they've put in place.

Dear Alexander D, Thank you very much for your kind words about our team! I am delighted to know that you enjoyed your stay and I hope we will welcome you again soon! I am sorry about the mask situation; the county allows anyone with respiratory issues to be mask less inside buildings and we can't request to see a doctor's note so it is impossible for us to enforce the mask mandate. The Homewood Suites in Jackson is a very nice and cozy place to stay that’s within a few blocks of downtown. I want to first say that Guillaume, the GM, and his staff were amazing! I called the hotel on our way up and he gave us a fantastic rate. When we first got there we had to stay in a 1 king room, but the next day, Gui was able to move us to a bigger room with two doubles and it was perfect because it happened to be right across the hall from our original room! We ended up loving the place so much that we extended our stay two additional nights so as to explore Grand Teton/Yellowstone National Parks some more! The big perks of the hotel are location, kitchen (full setup) and those amazingly large bath sheets (something you would see at a resort, not a typical Homewood Suites). Whether you’re staying for a night, a week or even a month, this is the hotel to stay in! We will definitely be staying here for our future visits and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the local area!

I stay at nothing but Hilton properties, so I knew what to expect and they delivered that experience. They had solid COVID protocols that included taking breakfast orders by filling out a slip the night before with your choices that were bagged up for you to eat in your room. The location was excellent...walkable to everything. I would stay again.

This property did meet our needs and the staff were very friendly.

The property itself however is older and needs updating. There were small things that could’ve been corrected such as not having anything to clean dishes with like a sponge and soap. There were cobwebs in the bathroom corner as well but the rest was clean. For the price, I expected something a bit more updated and a king sized bed. To be fair, it was no surprise to get a queen since that was the only option online that was available. I’d do a structural remodel. Having a 1-bed queen suite makes no sense especially for the price. Their workout room was a large closet basically and their pool room could’ve used some ventilation.

This hotel is located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It has a park across the street that your pup can walk along but they are not allowed “in” the park.

Travel Pup Reminder: please pick up after your dog and keep them leashed in public areas. Thank you!

Yes, the downtown location can't be beat. But does that justify the huge price tag? Checkin staff was young, pleasant, but not particularly helpful. Rooms are absolutely average to below average. I've stayed in much nicer Homewood suites It's on the older side, with aging carpets and a very basic bathroom. Textured ceilings and walls, low end fixtures. Nice little box of chocolates in the room and goodie bag for Hilton status, plus points for that. Bed was average and nice big fluffy towels at least. The suite was functional but pretty small. Especially the bedroom side was very tight. Barely room to get in and out of the bed. Don't get excited if you have a room with a fireplace. It barely has any flame or heat. Breakfast was average for this type of place, and I appreciate the fact that they had some everything bagels. Who likes plain bagels? The breakfast room was pretty small and the food was slow to come out when they just opened. It would be really nice if they started serving earlier than 7:00 a.m. at a place like this where you try to get an early start to the parks. All in all, this was an okay place for a short stay but I really don't think the value is here for the rates the charge unless you absolutely need to be in downtown Jackson. Quality was what you'd expect for 1/3 to 1/4 the price anywhere else. Knowing what I do now about the hotel and about the congested, touristy downtown, personally I'd look for a nicer and better value hotel further away next time.

Our service was also reduced. The hotel didn’t seem dated however. I do agree that it is not just overpriced, but vastly overpriced for what it is and I expected a lot more luxuries than what I got. Sorry you had a terrible experience.
