The day after we got engaged, I started looking for halls that we could have our wedding within 6 months. Kelley from the Holy Trinity Center / Hampton Event Center was the first one to call me back. Which was awesome because Holy Trinity Center was my favorite of all of them. From the first time I talked to Kelley, I loved her. Not only was she fun & interactive, but she was also very prepared, knowledgeable, & helpful. She really made us feel comfortable & welcome. She took us on a tour of the location & told us of all the options we had as far as number of guests, to seating arrangements, colors, lighting, dancing, menu, & cake options. We told her what our initial ideas were & she guided us through our decisions. She spent a lot of time explaining the different package levels, & what we would get in each package, answered all our questions, & gave us helpful feedback from her vast experience of previous weddings. In one day, we had met talked through all our initial items, decided on the date, high-level schedule for all the events, picked out colors, table settings, center pieces, set up of tables/bars/cookies, a cake (flavors & design), an entire menu (appetizers, entrees, & drinks). We left there after our first meeting very confident we made a great decision about the venue, the food, & the person in charge of it all. From that day on if we ever needed Kelley for anything she was always available & very responsive. She worked with our other vendors to ensure our day was perfect. It really made our life easier. There was not a single day that I felt stressed about any aspect of our Wedding Ceremony or Reception.
The day of the wedding she was there & ran the show like clockwork. Kelley had everybody (Staff, Vendors, & Bridal Party) ready for where they had to be & when they needed to be there. All the staff at the Holy Trinity Center were very professional & friendly. The Bartenders were very pleasant the entire evening & the Wait staff were very attentive & helpful. All our guest had amazing things to say about the food, drinks, & staff at Holy Trinity Center. We could not have asked for a better person or place to host our wedding. We loved every second of it, we had so much fun, & every guest I have talked to has told me “That was the most fun I have ever had at a wedding”. I thought for sure that at some point something was going to go wrong, that some where we would have a problem, but it never happened. I think a very big part of that is because of Kelley’s planning, professionalism, & attention to detail. Kelley & her team made our wedding day exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great venue for their wedding to check out the Holy Trinity Center & the Hampton Event Center.
