From the moment we arrived they could not have been any more accommodating. The person at the front desk was so helpful. Our room was beautiful and very clean. They are friendly and pay close Attention to detail. I noticed during the breakfast the staff made sure to constantly wipe things down, keep the food stocked and clear your table for you. At night as the bar was emptying out from a large crowd going to The Rolling Stones concert they immediately straightened up and made sure all the chairs were pushed in and lined up. Even management was there to help.

I really like this LaQuinta, it’s modern, beautiful, and within close walking distance to the Nissan Stadium and Broadway in Downtown Nashville. Our room was great, excellent view overlooking the stadium and city.
I gave this hotel a 4 star rating because check in, even at 4pm, required a 30 minute wait and the desk staff seemed unconcerned about us as guests. The hotel seems like they don’t have enough staff to handle the customer load and like they were still learning to handle about half of the number of customers they can hold. A few glitches, the elevators seem to work oddly, needing a room card to access floors but that don’t work consistently and that rooms are only cleaned every 3 days “due to Covid”, whatever that means. When asked, new towels were sent up and they could only find one bottle of shampoo. It wasn’t bad but not a 5 star experience.
Special kudos to the breakfast chef who really cares about his customers and serves a great breakfast! He definitely closes on time (just be responsible) and his food is really great.
Parking is easy and walking is a great way to get to town across the pedestrian bridge.

MY son and I stayed here for a weekend trip to attend the Monster Jam at Nissan Stadium. The hotel staff was welcoming & friendly. Our check in time was 3:00 PM and even on a really busy weekend they got us into our room at 2:00 PM so we could rest before the event. The room was very modern, spacious, and clean. The bed was super comfy. The room looked just like the pictures. NO complaints. The hotel offers a FREE WiFi. Parking is $25 per night per vehicle or $35 a night per vehicle if you valet. Both self park and valet use the same garage which is located above the hotels. popcorn, and FREE parking. Every morning there is a complimentary breakfast with choices like eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and multiple choices of cereals. The hotel is in a Great location. There is a 7-Eleven on the corner of the street and the hotel is across the street from Nissan Stadium. Parking for Nissan stadium for this event was $40 so we saved on parking by staying at the hotel. My rating for this hotel would be 3 of 3 stars.

Make sure you get a room away from the highway otherwise it is all you hear at night.
The breakfast is the same every day and often the food is cold, and the attendants are standing around, so you have to clean your own table before sitting down.
The water pressure in the showers are nonexistent and have been written up numerous times which tells you the hotel is fine with it as they use less water and do not care about customer service or feedback.
The location is very good everything is within walking distance or close to the trolly that can take you to all the attractions. Parking and driving in the city center is very difficult and with all the construction it is even dangerous at times so be aware that if you decide to drive downtown you might not be able to find a parking spot close to where you want to go leaving you with a relatively long walk still.
The rooms that they gave us were not very clean with jelly on the rugs, tooth paste on the bathroom walls and mirrors, and the refrigerator was also very dirty. When we called the front desk to get this cleaned up they told us that they would leave a note for housekeeping which left the cleaning to us unless we wanted to leave it until the next day.
The hotel has parking, but be aware that they charge for the parking on top of your daily room rate. The parking garage has a height restriction and therefore you will not be able to park lifted vehicles, vans, or SUVs in the garage so plan accordingly.

I have stayed at La Quinta Inn in the past with no complaint. This was not our experience at this particular hotel location. The sheets were dirty when we arrived, with long brown hairs and wrinkle and dirt marks on them. The bathroom floor had trash behind the toilet, which was not removed during our two day stay. The shower had multiple Pubic hairs in it and the provided body wash was opened and half used. The second day we went to reception and respectfully requested that our sheets be changed and room cleaned while we were out. We returned to our room at 6pm to find the bed simply remade with the exact same filthy sheets, the dirty towels and trash from our room were just piled outside our door and left there by their staff and the bathroom floor was still uncleaned. We phoned the front desk and respectfully complained. We asked that at least our sheets be changed. We were told someone would come to change them. It has now been two hours and a half since our request and no one has ever come. We called again to be told that “he has a lot of things to do before he comes to change your sheets”.Clearly, they don’t care about the cleanliness of their rooms nor the inconvenience of their guests. So, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Additionally, there was no English translation to help use the in room safe. I also called for assistance with that and no one ever came, and water pressure was very low and the water never got truly hot, just warm. Table in the room was dirty both days and the ice machine outside our door was broken as well. Lastly, you will need to leave the a/c or heating at night or the noise from interstate traffic will keep you awake all night long. NOTE: the A/C and heating are very very loud, but they do work. The most disappointing hotel experience during our entire week long stay in TN. It is now 8:30pm and no one ever came. Our original call for clean sheets (after asking for them this morning initially) was placed at 6pm. No one should wait two days, two phone calls, an in person request and 2.5 hrs for fresh sheets. Very disappointing experience.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend as we came to Nashville to attend a concert at Bridgestone arena. Hotels in downtown were all over priced, but this hotel had a good price and it was with walking distance of Bridgestone. This hotel is easy to get to as it is right next to the interstate. We arrive around 3:30pm, we could not get in to the hotel to park at first due to two other cars being parked in the area that you need to pull into, but one of the valets quickly helped us and allowed up to park before we checked in. Parking was easy and cost only $25 for self parking. We did have to wait for our room as it was not yet avaible when we arrive, but the wait was only about 15 minutes. The staff at the front desk are all very friendly. Our room was clean and very quiet. We did have to call the front desk to get hand soap and a remote control for our television as we did not have these items in our room. We did have to go to the front desk to retrieve the soap, but someone brought the remote control to us. The breakfast that is included with the room was top notch. There are no restaurants nearby, you have to walk to downtown (about a 20 minute walk from hotel) or drive. I would recommend this hotel if you are taking a quick trip to Nashville.

The value of the rooms at this LaQuinta Inn & Suites is perfectly justified with the incredible location and the great views.
The location is easy walking distance to all the downtown honky tonks, The Ryman, Bridgestone, The Schermerhorn, Ascend Amphitheater, the Gulch, Top Golf and even East Nashville.
The views of the downtown skyline and Nissan Stadium (where the Titans play) are beautiful especially at night. Your room will want to be on the south side to see everything. Tennessee does have a beautiful state capital especially when it is lit up at night.
With all of that said the best part of our stay might have been the warm greeting from Meka when checking in on such a cold.nkght.

We wanted a hotel that wasn’t located right downtown. This hotel was close to downtown and an easy cheap Uber ride or you could walk which would take about 25min. Very affordable and a really nice hotel. The free breakfast was good and the staff was attentive and helpful. Beds were comfy. The room was a bit dusty and could’ve used a deeper cleaning, but fixture were modern and it was quiet. We would come back.

Issues- no idea the parking would be $25 more on top of room price. front of house said it was cheap compared to other hotels that charge $60.
Pool salt water, but no shower for pre and post rinse. On cool side and cold air blowing in that room.
Biggest issue, check out at 11am but breakfast stops service by 9am. Understand this for an airport hotel, but downtown this is way too early. Also the evening restaurant closed at 10pm so I think I misheard and thought breakfast went till 10. When I asked if we could at least get a couple yogurts to eat I was refused, being told the kitchen staff had left, even though I could see the fridge through the open kitchen door. Staff were polite but seemed uninterested in making our stay a positive experience by just doing the smallest task.

New LQ with ez walk to the Titans football stadium and walkable distance to Broadway over the pedestrian bridge. Rooms large, lobby modern, bar in lobby, parking (valet or self) for a $20-$25 charge. Yes, it is. It is just walking distance over the pedestrian bridge into the heart of the city. We found it to be a great location. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful.
I'm not sure if there is a shuttle provided by the hotel, however downtown is a short walk and there are buses that run there as well. The hotel is very nice. Enjoy your stay.
it is actually walking distance - maybe 10-15 minute walk through Nissan Stadium up a walk bridge - right to Broadway. We found it great and only took Lyft if we were downtown late at night. Lyft was your best bet - much cheaper than Uber. We loved staying at Wyndham.
Hello self parking was $20.00 and valet was 25.00. You might want to verify if self parking is charged per night or each time you park.
