It’s officially the end of an era for Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale.

On April 8, the former couple’s divorce was settled, and according to court papers obtained by PEOPLE, Rossdale agreed to an unequal split of the couple’s assets and money, as previously reported.

Though the musicians did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement, Rossdale agreed to less than 50 percent of everything the couple earned during their 13-year marriage.

According to the papers, each will keep the rights to all creative works of their own respective bands (No Doubt for her, Bush for him). Stefani will also keep earnings from her lines L.A.M.B., Harajuku Lovers and more.

The duo will split earnings from their Beverly Hills home, and Stefani will keep two other Los Angeles homes while her ex gets four houses in Europe.

Stefani and Rossdale will also continue sharing joint legal custody of their three children – Kingston, Zuma and Apollo – and each are required to deposit $1 million into an expense account for their sons.
