I was working on placing the props on stage for a community production of Arsenic and Old Lace. My crew had brought most, but not al,l of the props. When I could find Uncle Teddy's boat paddle I asked one of the stage hands to run back to the shop and get it. He came back with two paddles and asked 'I found two, which one do you want?' I replied, of course, "I'll take either oar." And nothing. Dead silence. Thus, I am compelled to tell Reddit.
