Callie is the first solo project by Chef Travis Swikard after a decade cooking in New York City with lauded Chef Daniel Boulud. Derived from the Greek "kallos," meaning "the most beautiful," Callie brings the diversity of Mediterranean cuisines together with the ingredients and terroir of the greater San Diego region where Swikard grew up.
