I am a working adult and a part-time postgrad student doing my MBA, hence I don't usually have the time to do any reading whatsoever (aside from my prescribed study readings - and the occasional catching up on news and gossips on the internet).

I am, however, an avid fan of the Kardashian reality shows - especially KKTNY - and like many people, I find this a.may.zing family so irresistible, so entertaining, so heartwarming.

For those of you who, like me, take a lot of interest in America's family-du-jour, Kardashian Konfidential is probably the best book you could ever have purchased. While i'm sure parts of the books were edited to make it more commercial and appealing, it is nontheless substantial, entertaining and full of juicy tidbits and honest-to-goodness moments.

For real for realz, the book feels like a highly entertaining backstory of the Kardashian reality franchise. In true Kardashian fashion, the girls always relate stories and tales without bringing anybody down.

From accounts of Khloe telling of how she was not able to keep up with her sisters' mega-babes reputation in school (which inevitable led her to pulling out and being home-schooled eventually), to Kourtney's mean streaks in making others laugh at Kim (when they were young), to more about Kim's first secret marriage in Vegas which she tried to keep from her family, Kardashian Konfidential is truly that coffee-table book which is SO MUCH MORE than it's cute, krayyy beautiful cover - my version is the white, updated one.

So the fairytale wedding wasn't what most of us had hoped for it to be, but this does not change the fact that the Kardashians represent a truly new breed of post-ParisHilton celebritydom.

The girls are nice, watchable, entertaining and for what it's worth, have written a truly amazing book filled with truly cant-believe-theyre-showing-us-these old photographs from the family archives.

This is also the first book review i have ever written in recent memory. Bible.

When will they use their millions more for philanthropy than another $10,000 purse? They could do wonders for others less fortunate. They also should walk the talk--if you are going to be a Christian than don't just say it DO it. Help others like Jesus said. Don't mock His word. If you don't want to be a Christian that's ok too but don't talk about church and turn around to be a hypocrite. I think they are beautiful talented intelligent young women who can do more with their lives than change their hairstyle, lose or gain weight, change their wardrobes, etc. They might want to talk to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

This book was absolutely amazing,yes it does have a lot of photos but you see a side of the girls that you don't get to see on the television. You read all about their insecurities, family fights, and their relationships.
It does NOT go into detail about Kim's sex tape or any naked photos being leaked, so if you want this book to read all about the scandal this is not for you.
I was completely amazed to see how almost every page reflects back on their father Robert Kardashian. It's beautifully written, honest, and personal about their lives.
I definitely think you will enjoy it as much as I do!

The girls talk about the posh life they lived whilst growing up, however they stressed that they still had to work hard for what they wanted. The importance if family is an essential part of their up bringing and their hard work ethic eg. Find something that you love to do (your passion) and maximize on it. They dont really talk about relationship drama's that their having (who would) so if thats what your looking for, buy a fairytale book!!

The pictures are great and the love that the sisters have for for each is felt throughout the book. However, a few more details could have been given on the challenges that they face on a daily basis pertaining to business ventures and how they go about making decisions that they make business/family wise. Overall, if you are a Kardashian fan, you will find the book interesting, fun and bringing back memories from 2006 till now.

I bought this because I love the Kardashians and was hoping for some style tips and inside information on one of my favorite television families. I bought the Kindle edition. Don't do it! The format for the Kindle edition of this book is almost impossible to read and I have never seen a book in such an awful format! It's so tiny you literally have to maximize every paragraph with a magnifier. And even then it was way too small to read or even see the pictures well. I wish I could get a refund. I may have damaged my eyes.

I did not have much knowledge about the Kardashian family before reading this book. I had only seen a few clips from their tv show. The three Kardashian girls Kourtney, Kim and Khloe open up in this book giving us a look into what their lives were like growing up and what made them the women they are today. They give helpful hints about fashion,looking after your body,family, relationships and work ethic and there is also some great pictures of the family from the early years right up to Kim's wedding.
You do not need to be a fan of the show to enjoy this book but any fan will really like it.
After reading this I would read future books from them.
