Glitches
All Buildings and Terrain Disappear- Find Packages with ease! PC
Take a bike (PCJ works well) and ride it as fast as you can into the Pole Position Strip Club entrance way, but before you get there hop off the bike and let it slide all the way to the end. Then enter the Pole Position and you should be standing on or next to your bike. If it is far enough down the hall you can get on it without having to exit the building. Once on the bike and having exited the building you can go anywhere in the game without the distracting buildings and terrain showing up; they are all invisible.Bike Morphing
There is a glitch in the game that makes it possible to ''morph'' with a bike. When this glitch has been done, it is impossible to get hit off your bike by another vehicle, or anyhting else. You can also pull off flips due to this glitch, as well as gaining other big insane bonuses.
To activate this glitch, all you really need to do is jump on a bike at the same time as picking up a clothes pickup. First off:
1. Get to a Clothes Pickup
2. Place your bike in the middle of the clothes pickup, then position your bike so that the clothes pickup is sticking further out than the other side.
3. Get on the side that has the clothes pickup not sticking out as much, and jump on the bike. If done right, you should ''morph''. You should still be standing while the bike is in between you. When you accelerate the bike, you will run while the bike goes forward.
There are also other ways to do this, like drop kicking on the bike. It might be easier if you devise your own strategy. This glitch is hard to get done, so it will take a lot of practice. Also, PCJ 600s are the easiest for this.
One good place to morph is at the Clothes Pickup on top of the Hyman Condo. You may also want to use the North Point Mall, since there is two pickups there, and you can go back and forth if you fail to make this glitch work.
Now you will be able to do flips and crash into other objects with out falling of your bike. This glitch will stay activated until the bike catches on fire and eventually blows up. To deactivate this glitch, just simply get off, shoot a weapon, or make a heavy turn or brake.Buy Assets for Free (PC-only) PC
For this glitch, you'll need to have the money needed to buy an asset. Go to the asset and to the purchase icon in front of it. Begin a replay and, when it ends, hit Tab and the replay button at the exact same time. Once the replay ends, you should have bought the asset, but without spending any money on it.Double a weapon's ammunition
First, get the gun that you want to double the ammo of. Then, find any rampage. Take out the gun you want to double the ammo in. Then, start the rampage. Don't do anything, and let the timer run out. On the day of the dirt ring event drive the vehicle of your choice to the stadium. Drive your way up to in front of the stadium doors where the driver's door is facing the entrance. Drive your vehicle close enough to the door where it will barely exit from the driver's side. Exit the vehicle, activate the race and push the enter car button simutaneously. If done correctly when the mission starts you should be in your vehicle where you are usually standing. You will have unlimited time to play around. Make sure you know how to do the blow up all cars for this one, and be able to do it EXTREMELY fast. Walk up to a car with a person in it and steal it. Get an ambulance and take it to the marina at the south west of the island you start on (where Cortez's missions are). There are two gates; go to the one furthest north, and reverse the ambulance all the way into it. Get out of it and jump on top of it, then do a running jump to the gate. This may take a few tries, but eventually, Tommy will glitch through the gate. From here, you can get in one of the boats and sail to any part of the map.Easy Hotring Race Win
You will need a Mini Gun with lots of ammo to exploit this glitch. When the race begins drive your Hotring into the black garage that the cars spawn from. Drive the car to the back of the garage on the right side right against the wall. This will stop any cars spawning throughout the race. Now back onto the track and take out your Mini Gun. Face the oncoming traffic and use its auto aim feature to blow up every car that comes your way. When the cars stop coming. If you plan to start the game again then this is a helpful glitch. Start a mission on the mainland and kill yourself. When you wake up in hospital don't do anything, just start a new game. As soon as you gain control of tommy kill him. (Whatever you do, do not start any missions). When you get up at the hospital get straight in the taxi. It will take you to your mission location on the second island.
Note: Once on the second island, you can not do any missions, nor can you get back onto the start area.Get to Second Island Early (PC-only) PC
When you first can, grab the PCJ-600 motorbike. Find the barricades blocking you from the next island. With these located, go a fair bit away down the street so that you have ample room to reach maximum speed. Accelerate towards the barricade and, assuming you've hit the maximum speed, you'll just go straight through the barricades instead of crashing into them.Get to Starfish Island Early (PC-only) PC
When attempting to get to Starfish Island too early, there are barricades blocking you, and the footpaths are blocked by a black grate. You can take a motorbike and attempt to slowly ride up the grates. For this, you'll need a motorbike and a building you can enter, such as the Pole Position club. Drive the motorbike towards the club entrance (in this case) and dismount before actually entering, letting the bike drive and crash inside. Enter the building and then get on the bike. You can then drive outside. You'll be in what is known as the "Ghost World", where most of the game's architectural graphics - like buildings, roads, etc. - are not seen, although you can still run into them and otherwise be blocked by them. Using this glitch, you can use the minimap to navigate. When you play the game, enter a mission and go to a point where a Rampage icon is meant to spawn (but isn't there, because you're in a mission). Make a quick replay at that spot and finish the mission as normal. At later times, you can use this replay to trigger the Rampage from a distance. In doing so, the game is tricked into thinking you're not on a mission, even if you are. This will allow you to take the same mission at multiple simultaneous times or multiple different missions all together. If you take the same mission several times, the spawns for cars and stuff used in that mission will essentially respawn instantly on each other; for example, in "Jury Fury", the cars of your victims stack on each other and quick explode from massive damage. Another example is the final Print Works mission; by completing it several times at the same time, you can trick the game into thinking you've obtained that many assets, triggering the game to allow the final bits of the game early. You can also take multiple missions to help speed the game along, and, mostly notably, dupe completion percentage for obtaining 100%. (For example: you could use this glitch to trigger the same mission an obscene number of times, complete it once - thus completing them all - and see a huge jump in your completion percentage.)Rhino in the Underworld
This is a way to get the Rhino tank into the area below the game map. Just get a Rhino, put in the ''Dodo Physics'' cheat, turn the turret 180 degrees and keep on hitting circle and hold back on the D-pad. Once you get airborne, fly down through the top the El Corrupto Bank. Since its top isn't solid, you'll fly down through the bank and into the ''underworld''. Control its flight downward or you'll go down too far and end up back on the street. If you did this correctly, you can fly through underworld.Street Vantage Point
While in the air turn the car on it's side so that the drivers side points upand then get out. If you did it right the car will float in the air with you standing on it allowing you to shoot people from it. Note: If the tire is shot out or if the car explodes the car will fall from the sky. For this, you'll need to access the Cone Crazy mission, preferably having never done it before. It can be accessed at the top of the car park near the Ocean View Hotel, by entering the Stallion. Normally, this mission pays out $200, but you can immediately retry the mission (just park the Stallion where you found it, exit, and re-enter it). It's a timed mission, and if you complete it faster than before, you get double that amount of money ($400). This can repeat further, gaining you sums of $800, $1600, $3200, and so on.
This mission is actually quite easy, and gives you a lot of extra time, making all these factors easy to exploit. When you play the mission, go through the last checkpoint as late as possible, noting how long it took you. Retry the mission again, timing yourself to complete it as late as possible again, but just barely better than your previous time (thus letting you win).
Keep replaying it as desired, each time deliberately beating your previous time by just a bit (a second or two for instance). While the rewards start small, owing to the doubling of the prize they accumulate fast (for instance, the 10th win gets you over $100,000, and the 14th over $1,600,000). You can do this a total of 23 times (a prize of over $800,000,000 and total earns over $1,600,000,000) before the rewards become glitchy and actually take money from you, but that's not a concern since this will definitely max out your money count.
You can also gently use your car's wheels to move the cones just after triggering the mission to make completing it faster. Just park against the cone and gently nudge it: don't break it. This will likely be needed after the 16th completion (which gets you $6,553,600), but only if you really want to do the trick further. It'd only be necessary on the PC version, owing to how the checkpoints give you less time on that than the console versions.Easy money
Find a coach and park it next to a bus stop but don't get out of the vehicle. Every now and then pedestrians will get into the coach and you'll receive $5 when they enter the vehicle. You don't have to take them anywhere and there's no limit as to how many passengers the coach can hold, so you can go do something else while Tommy earns more money.
