Stuart L Loved this Show. A great cast that worked well together. I just finished season 1-12. Worth the watch. A police show with a mix of humour, seriousness and Sad moments. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/24/23 Full Review Geoff J Rodney should stay in Peckham It worked when New Tricks starred with the old established stars creating this group but for me Lyndhurst was on step to far I have never watched an episode that he appears in because hes typed casted as Rodney and the over acting to appear serious for me just doesnt work I just cant stop laughing at his face everytime I see it in New Tricks and I have to switch it off Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/16/23 Full Review VL C Good show, at least thru season 9. Fun and charming. The older retired cops are now working for the Met as civilian investigators so they tend to bend the rules a little. Unfortunately the original crew started leaving and by season 10, the show starts to go downhill. The fun and charm is gone, and the new cast members just don't cut the mustard. Seasons 1-9 are definitely worth watching however. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Really enjoyable, fun to watch, well written! Good stories and well defined characters. I like British police procedurals, this is a lighthearted version of that genre. Each episode is a complete story, stories are well written and information comes so quickly that I find some of the story can slip past me on the first viewing. I watch some of these episodes twice just to answer "how did they know that?" questions. The most complex episodes are just as enjoyable the second time. I highly recommend. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member 1 of the BEST EVER Brit Crime Series. Brilliant. These 3 male characters are sum of the BEST Characters ever written. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Good British light crime drama with likable cast and interesting stories.
