You must stay here if you’re in Paris! The residence is palatial!
From the moment we arrived to the second we departed, we Loved every moment.
First of all, request a room with a “Tour Eiffel” view! Our 5th floor apartment had a mind-blowing view which we enjoyed all day long and, in the evening, when the Tour lights come on and subsequently twinkle 5 minutes on every hour from sunset to 1 am.
The apartments are huge (1,500 sqft) by French or American standards; we felt like millionaires! Two ensuite bedrooms (with large windows which open wide for fresh air) and a third 1/2 bath!
We really appreciated the washer/dryer and used it frequently. Also the apartment comes with 3 coffee makers including a Nespresso machine! The full kitchen also has a stovetop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator and is completely furnished with glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, pans, you name it!
We made breakfasts and snacks and drank wine on our balcony, which saved us money. The only less than perfect observation is that the apartment shows signs of wear, some of the furniture was looking tired.
Otherwise this place is perfect! Right next door to the Tour Eiffel, 5 minutes walk to the Metro stop (Bir Hakiem), shops, grocery shopping and restaurants very close by, and the neighborhood is chic and quiet with various embassies close by.
I will definitely return to the Residence Charles Floquet when I return to the most beautiful city in the world, Paris!!!
Bottom line-SIX Stars—high recommend!

Résidence Charles Floquet

We managed to reach this apartment hotel by Uber and it was pretty easy to find. My daughter and I were met in reception by a lovely lady called Suzan who checked us in. We asked here best places for restaurants and she gave us directions for both touristy ones and local restaurants all within walking distance.
We had booked the 3bedroom superior apartment as it was the only one available with Eiffel Tower view. ( last min booking). Ps book through the hotel direct rather than booking agents like Bookings.com as you get a better discount/room rate. Also more rooms seem to be an available direct with the hotel.
There is also a hotel lift although it’s tiny it’s more than adequate for your needs.
We were beyond excited to open our apartment door and my goodness the apartment didn’t disappoint. Clean, bright and comfortable. The apartment has beautiful high ceilings, wooden floors, lounge dining room, master bedroom with ensuite, 2 bedroom with twin beds is next door to main bathroom. Twin bunk bedroom ideal for teenagers and younger and a separate cloakroom toilet. Fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher incl dishwasher tablets. Bathrooms incl hand wash soap and shower gel dispensers.
The best WOW of all was the view from the balcony. The Eiffel Tower in all her glory was something we will both treasure for ever. The day view is something but the night view is stunning! We took lots of photos and went out to dine at one of the restaurants Suzan recommended. ( which was also lovely). The Eiffel Tower is within 3mins walk of the apartments.
Checking out was pretty easy, we were able to leave our bags in reception. This area is always manned and also has security cameras so we felt pretty safe leaving our belongings ( toilet also available that was very clean) and we had another day to explore the area as our flight wasn’t till the evening.
We had lunch at a nearby restaurant and then got on a hop on bus that toured all the major sites in Paris. We did the bus on the last day perhaps we should have done it on the first day as we had managed to see most of the sites. However the bus stops at places that we wouldn’t have discovered like the BESTIES BAKERY with beautiful tea rooms and teddy bears in the window. Cakes were sumptuous! Beyond yummy!
Even on our return back to collect our cases Suzan kindly made me cups of tea whilst we waited for a taxi back to the airport. She went over and above to make sure that we were looked after and is a real credit to the company. So thanks again for a lovely stay and to Suzan keep up the good work, even when loads are booking in she makes it look effortless and manages to stay friendly and professional.

First and foremost, the privileged location of the building right in the centre of Paris gives the extra advantage of easy accessibility to all the major city sights. In addition to this, the hotel apartments are spacious, clean, elegantly decorated, well equipped and with a great view of the Eiffel tower. Last but not least, the director of the hotel, who is also in charge of the bookings, was extremely helpful and responded to our request for a change of our accomodation with efficiency and diligence. All in all, staying at this hotel truly resembles living in a residence rather than just another holiday accommodation. My family and I were really thrilled to be so lucky as to find such a beautiful place to stay on our first trip to Paris.

Upgraded upon our arrival, the location of this residence was awesome - away from the hassle and bustle of the busy streets, yet close enough to get to major landmarks. With loads of restaurants and general stores nearby, we even did some local food shopping, and the locals made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this residence to others - and the views of the Eiffel Tower.....breathtaking!!

Paris was the last stop on a month long vacation after spending 3 weeks in Italy. we have always stayed down in the St Germain area but decided to spend a few nights here and also over at George V .
I wanted to give my wife and daughter a "wow" moment with the view and this placed delivered that in spades !
We had a Superior 2 bedroom apartment where the view was spectacular. I cannot comment on the views from the " classic" apartments but from the website , they appear to be on lower floors.
This place was great. Whilst the atmosphere in the area was a bit sterile , the apartment was huge with a view of the Eiffel Tower that I do not think could be beaten in Paris .The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable but the furnishings were tired and the carpet very old. However the pros outweigh those minor cons many times over.
We went out for dinner down near St Germain ( La Boissenaire - favourite meal of the trip ) and came back and sat in the lounge room with a bottle of champagne and watched the tower sparkle. You are that close , you feel like you can touch it.

We moved across to George V and whilst that was very nice and more central , I think I liked this place better. If you are after more room and value for money compared to very high end hotels , I think this place is a better alternative. It does not have the atmosphere of the Latin quarter and apart from the tower there is not a lot to see or do in the area but as a base , it is exceptional.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which would be a waste on a couple but a fantastic option for a family. It had washing machines and a dryer which after 3 weeks was much appreciated.

Check in staff had a lot of attitude but that is what you expect in Paris. it would not discourage me from staying here again, although I would only stay in the same kind of room again.

Nice apartment conveniently located by Eiffel Tower with all of the amenities for a family stay. Apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, plates, utensils, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer. Upper floors accessible by lift. Near public transportation a market and a couple of restaurants. Quick check in. The staff will take AMEX for reservation BUT the actual rental has to be paid with VISA/MasterCard. We were wowed by our apartment. If you have a family it’s fantastic, as plenty of room. We had a superior apartment on the 5th floor and the views were great.
The kitchen was very well equipped, usual white goods, although no baking trays or oven dishes, which proved tricky, very minor point though.
We had a small balcony with table and chairs, which was lovely to sit out.
The apartment will accommodate 6 people, however the seating in the lounge is for a small family of 4, small 3 seater sofa, 1 x chair and a footstool - some apartments may have more seating. You need a comfy seat after all of that walking!

A 2 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a lounge view of the light show each night.
Lots of lovely restaurants/cafés nearby and a lovely bakery. Easy walk to the Seine and you can stroll by the river to get to the sites. We bought a Batobus ticket, you can buy a 1 or 2 day and hop on or off as much as you want. It’s a good way to save your legs!
The reception man was very helpful, we booked a taxi with him back to the station. They have an arrangement with a local company - it’s a set fee of 50 Euros to the station, but worth it. There are so many dodgy taxis. Even standing in the official taxi queue isn’t a guarantee, you have to be so careful.
Loved Paris, loved the apartment, I would definitely come back and happily recommend - with a small baking tray in your case!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Resident Charles Floquet for Bastille day. We stayed on the third floor in a superior apartment. We had a living room and dining room with balconies with views of the Eiffel Tower. There were three bedrooms with four singles and one double bed, and two full and one half bathroom.

The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dishes to make meals. Some previous guests had left oil, salt and pepper, coffee and filters but that seemed mostly random. There were toasters, a drip coffeemaker and a nespresso machine. Washer and dryer in the kitchen. The front desk sold nespresso pods. There was a single dishwasher pod and a single laundry pod provided.

On Avenue Suffren there is a franprix grocery with a wonderful bakery next door. I highly recommend Cafe Beaujolais for a close dinner.

It was a perfect place to view the fireworks for bastille day. Avenue Charles Floquet closes for around 5:00 for the fireworks, so we had to explain to a policeman where we were staying. Very quiet and beautiful place to stay!

This hotel was amazing! The apartment was incredibly spacious and clean. The location cannot be beat- less than a 5 minute walk to the Eifel Tower, a bakery right down the street, and the views of the tower from the balcony were stunning.

The staff was also amazing. They sent a pre-stay survey to see if we needed a ride from the train station to be set up. They helped us set up several car trips and the driver was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I can't recommend this place enough and we will stay here again next time we are in Paris.
