Obituary
Breaux Bridge-Janet Boudreaux, 61, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her children, Ted Boudreaux, Brooks Delahoussaye (Beau), and Monica Stoute (Blaze); grandchildren, Daven and Brilee Delahoussaye, Madison Boudreaux, Anastazia, Danielle, Ezekiel, and Rebekah Stoute, Wyatt and Lilly Boudreaux; sisters, Rena Latiolais and Ellen Choate; brothers-in-law, Rusty Clark and wife, Denise and Robert Boudreaux; sisters-in-law, Connie Broussard and husband, Steve, Peggy Broussard, Kim Boudreaux, and Sylvia Gray.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Boudreaux; father, Ulysses Latiolais; mother, Ethel Latiolais; father-in Law Irby Boudreaux; mother-in-law, Mary Rose Hebert Boudreaux; and brothers, Floyd Gray and Benny Gray; brothers-in-law, Randy Latiolais and Gerald Broussard.
Janet was better known as” Peppie”. Pep was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and sister. She loved to talk and it really didn’t matter what you wanted to talk about. Pep could carry on a conversation about anything. She loved her family. She loved her husband and missed him dearly. Pep enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She had a passion for sewing and she was mending clothes right up until the end. She made countless babydoll and barbie clothes for her granddaughters. She loved to enjoy a good cold coke and always had a sweet tooth. She loved playing Pokeno with friends, and candy crush on her phone. Despite the physical challenges of her body weakening, she endured and carried on. Her faith in God was found later in life, and she was eager to get into God's word. She will be greatly missed however, she is now resting peacefully in heaven.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Kyla Latiolais, Rena Latiolais, Shannon Latiolais and Peggy Broussard for their time and efforts spent with our loved one.
A public memorial will be held on May 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Teche Baptist Church 3634 Grand Point Hwy, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517.
