Love it! Exactly what I was looking for to redo my office. The top is very nice and durable. Faux marble design is a nice touch. Pretty easy to assemble. Took me about 45 minutes from start to finish, alone. Sturdy, cute, stylish. Has a nice clean look to it. I haven’t attached the small shelf just yet. I plan to do that once I move it from my bedroom to my new office. But I think it looks great either way. My only complaint… the gold frame is very full I wish I were a little bit more of a shiny or metallic gold to match better with my other gold framed office furniture. But, it’s still nice.. The desk is fine by itself. Easy to assemble. But has some dents (photos applied) you can see it’s not the best quality. Also the second (middle) shelf doesn’t match the holes made for it. The upper (02) and middle shelves (02) Should be the same (based on the instructions) But my middle shelf is matching the lower shelf (03) instead. So I guess I received two number 03 shelves. Instead of two 02 shelves. I attached the upper and lower shelves. But I can’t attach the middle shelf because it doesn’t match the holes. The directions were pretty easy to follow however , you do have to decide if you want the Lower Desk on the Right or Left , so its universal to a point as there are Two Screws that are on the under side from under the desk, If you decide not to use them you can slide as you wish and gain some extra room as well, very cool if your putting it up against a wall , as you can use that wall to help brace it. I took a star away because its not Gray not one speck of it , its just brown and light brown. I like that its solid and can be customized easily. Appears the damage is from shipping. This item was in perfect condition despite the damaged box. I was quite impressed how well packaged this desk arrived. It's nice to see a merchant take such care in packaging. I ordered the large desk and was able to put the legs on myself with no issues. I became quite good at it actually because I failed to realize I should have moved the desktop into my room of choice before installing the legs since I found it too wide to navigate the doorway but that's on me. Like the product specifications mention, the desktop is MDF and the legs are metal. I'm using mine as a L-extension to my primary desktop in my home office as my desktop tends to get very cluttered throughout the day and it's nice to have the extra space. There is also a cable management bracket as well as a side tray which I have not yet installed. The monitor stand is constructed in the same manner as the desk, i.e MDF top, metal legs and is not attached to the desk in any way giving the user the ability to move as desired. At the moment I'm not using the monitor stand but it's nice to have the option for those monitors that are not adjustable. Overall very satisfied with the desk. Sherri. This is Dwight's mega-desk. huge, sleek, beautiful. I am a 5'2" young woman, and I put this together by myself in 30 mins. Color is a beautiful sand with white metal. Only piece of advice I have is this: if you find the screws are not all fitting when you try to screw them in, make sure you have pushed down all the way on the metal legs.
