Must have for scale planes, cars or other models with clear plastic.
I'm building a 1/72 Emily flying boat. It has over a dozen small windows. As shown in my first attempt I was able to use capillary action to MAKE windows. Given this old Hasegewa kit has bubbles in most of the plastic windows, being able to skip them for the majority of the windows is wonderful. It is also an effective "White Glue" meaning you can use it hold smaller pieces in place while dry fitting larger pieces. So in this kit I used it to hold the flight deck in place while I worked on the fuselage halves. It is also useful with modeling putty to provide a "backing" so you don't need to put as much putty in a gap. When working around cockpit windows this is a big deal as you don't want white putty seeping under the window onto the black dashboard top.The only improvement is that you have to apply it with a toothpick. If it had a spout or dispense where I could deposit a drop on my mixing pallet (recommend Daikoye 30 PCS White here on Amazon) it would make life easier and allow me more control over how much goes onto the toothpick (vs dipping or trying to pick some up off the top).

Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2013
I was recently working on a starship model with a hundred or so windows and a big problem. The model has clear plastic window parts that covers all the windows. But if I put the clear parts on, I would have to mask every single one when I went to paint. I really didn't feel like cutting out hundreds of little squares and circles and then apply them to every single window. So I decided to leave them out and use Micro Krystal Klear after I painted. I put a little dab of this stuff on the end of my paint brush and carefully applied it to each window, making sure the white liquid filled the entire window. Soon I had every window covered. It dried quick and looks fantastic. By using Micro Krystal Klear instead of masking saved me hours of work and gives my model a clean professional look. This stuff is great!

5.0 out of 5 stars Pegamento para plástico transparente
Reviewed in Spain on November 24, 2017
