Terms and Conditions
- Promotions for 18% off is valid till 31 October 2023.
- Promotions for 20% off is valid till 15 October 2023.
- Payment must be made with a Maybank Credit or Debit Card.
- Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Maybank Cards issued in Singapore. This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the "Promo Eligible" tag on the room types search results page.
- Promotions are not valid for ‘book now pay later’ or ‘book now pay directly at hotel’ bookings.
- Discount will be reflected after keying in valid Maybank Card details at the payment page and before submitting for payment.
- Promotion is applicable for bookings of selected hotels (prepaid bookings only, not applicable for pay at hotel bookings) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/maybanksg
- Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
- Change of date is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, the promotion and the discount coupon will have no cash or refund value.
- Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Promotion are non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, loyalty program unless otherwise specified.
- To book on app, click the redirect button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to launch your Agoda App. Discount will be reflected at the payment page when you key in valid card details.
- In case of dispute, the joint decision of Agoda and Maybank shall be final.
