The Knollys Family

Wife of Doctor John Speed of Southampton "Philadelphia Knollys" was a descendent of
Mary Boleyn (sister in law of King Henry 8th).
The exact connection has not yet been found but the birthplace of Philadelphia Knollys "Grove Place" was built in 1561 for Sir Francis Knollys.
Sir Francis Knollys was married to the daughter of Mary Boleyn "Catherine Carey".
It is common knowledge that Mary Boleyn was the mistress of King Henry 8th before and during his marriage to Mary Boleyn's sister "Ann Boleyn". Many historians believe that Catherine Carey was the daughter of King Henry 8th. This would mean that descedents of Doctor John Speed and Philadelphia Knollys would also be direct descedents of King Henry 8th.
