Gaga is still very giddy about her monster-size ring. The newly engaged star shared another photo of her unique heart-shaped Lorraine Schwartz sparkler, this time revealing a very special detail on the back of the diamond band — a love message from her fiancé Taylor Kinney.

“My favorite part of my engagement ring, Taylor and Lorraine designed “T ❤ S” in white diamonds on the band,” she captioned the above photo on Instagram, adding, “He always called me by my birth name. Since our very first date. I’m such a happy bride-to-be! I can’t stop smiling!!” (The singer’s birth name is Stefani Germanotta.)

Schwartz (the go-to jeweler for celebrity engagement rings) custom-made the unique design for Gaga.

“The stone is big and quite beautiful, and actually more expensive than some of the estimates I have read,” she told InStyle. “It’s a challenge to get an excellent heart shape with perfections — the shoulders of the gem have to be totally symmetrical; Lady Gaga’s is all that.”

The couple, who got engaged on Valentine’s Day, have been dating since 2011. And we hope Gaga continues to share details as she prepares to head down the aisle.
