What a fantastic few days in Sloane Square for my 60th Birthday celebrations. Booked this hotel after a trip there to the theatre a few weeks ago. Lovely place to stay lovely rooms and staff very friendly, a lovely lady on reception called Rika was very helpful with a problem and quickly rectified the issue with exceptional service. Having Cote next door was great for a lovely cocktail after an evening out. We will definitely be back soon.

Great hotel in a perfect and central location, 1 minute from the metro station. The staff is really nice, the rooms are clean and well decorated. The views on the Square are really nice, and quiet. Breakfast is in a really nice room. Will go back anytime!

Rooms were wonderful. Clean, quiet and beds extremely comfortable. No where else I will stay in London. So close to everything with the Tube stop a 2 min walk and a host of outstanding restaurants and shops very close by. Staff were most friendsly and helpful.

From the minute I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. Joseph at the desk made me feel like a "member of the club" and he and the rest of the staff couldn't do enough for me. Imagine walking me to the bus stop so I wouldn't go astray? My room was lovely and bright looking over the Square, the bathroom was a good size with lots of storage and the location is great. A big bonus is the wonderful restaurant and bar right down stairs, Cote. Top score to this hotel. I shall return!

This is a great hotel to stay at in London. The rooms are a little worn, but that doesn't matter,
they contain everything you need, and the view of Sloane Square is lovely
The location couldn't be better and the staff are very service minded and always gives you The best service, with a smile!
We were in London in connection with a celebration, and the staff had made a lovely drawing on the mirror in the room, put in two wine glasses and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. The employees shall know that it was were greatly appreciated. We have been to London nearly 40 times, staying all over the city, this is the only hotel we will definitely return to, thank you!!
