The period Victorian character is fully intact and really stunning! Best of all, visitors can chat with Ann, a descendant of the property's builders. - ajdiaz1Woodstock, IL67 contributionsGoddard is such a spectacular place! There is truly something for everyone here. My wife and I lucked out and had a oddly warm October day to enjoy the beach. We brought our dog along for a walk and she had such a great time even making a new friend! Parking is ample, the beach is located right off one of the parking lots, there are plenty of designated trails to go for a run or walk through, there's a marry-go-round that was closed during our visit, and a pavilion to have lunch at. We drove past several campers & camp sites, a designated boat launch, and lots of people bird watching, walking, and playing golf when we first drove in. The scenery overall is beautiful with a good combination of Greenwich Bay, the boats on the water, and the homes in the distance. - Bobbie WWarwick, RI1,693 contributionsThis is always my go to library. Anything you need help finding/researching etc., someone is there to help and with a “it’s no trouble at all” attitude. I love the large print book section and the fact I can get books, from any library in the state, if I can’t find it. I just request on line. The children’s department is awesome as is any of the scheduled story hours or children’s programs offered. There are private rooms for computer use or studying. - Bobbie WWarwick, RI1,693 contributionsWe were having company and decided to get the sugar/butter corn. They were $1 an ear which is very expensive, but were absolutely delicious. You can’t pick out your own, though. You tell them how many you want and they put it in a bag for you. Loren and Kyle were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the drinks and ramen noodles were just what I needed to take a break from the terminal. We picked over 5 lbs and paid $17. Huge berries! So yummy! - Daygrrrrl3 contributionsWe had my daughter's law school graduation here. We set up the room and had it catered. Was fabulous! Beautiful view of the upper bay from the brick patio out front. It was a gorgeous day.
There is parking there for about 30 cars, which was a bonus.
The Boathouse provides tables and chairs but we brought everything in: Linens, food, beer and wine, centerpieces, decorations. It was a lot of work as all parties are but it was worth it! Everyone had a fabulous time and we will have the memories for a lifetime. The place was clean when we arrived and the bathrooms were also immaculate.
The Aspray Boathouse is also steeped in history and they have historical artifacts throughout the building.

There was close parking and amenities for kids. - Barry NCoventry, RI3,205 contributionswith its own military area for those who have passed this well maintained location in Warwick RI holds the remains of my family and many old friends who have passed away. Many groups have special sections and the maintanance of the grounds is just outstanding.. It is for the most part a Jewish cemetery. May they all rest in peace. They were very helpful with us at the cemetery and marker for Stukely Westcott and the visit to the WHS house was very interesting and helpful. This is a very active society with very knowledgeable people and great resources.
