Nice location-though hard to find at the resort. Small portions, chewy duck-blech. No complimentary birthday dessert! Why ask about special occasions on the reservation and at the hostess desk?

Always delicious food. Great for sunsets. Music sets the stage for romance. Don’t ever go to the Big Island without going to Browns Beach House.

We had just gotten married on the beach adjacent to the restaurant and so had a wonderful celebratory dinner at Browns. The restaurant also provided a yummy complimentary dessert to help us celebrate.

We felt rushed through our dinner. Appetizers appeared before we finished our cocktails. Dinner appeared while we were still eating our appetizers. I ordered the venison medium rare. It came out medium well at best. It was flavorful but the root vegetables and the carrot purée were over salted. For the money we payed it was not worth it. Very disappointing.

Delicious food & beautiful setting. Prices are more expensive, though expected at a resort. Looking out to the ocean at sunset is priceless.

We had a great dinner and the service was outstanding. Our table was right next to the water, and the wait staff was very attentive to our needs. Great dining experience.
