The stay at Marco Polo was excellent. We were in a harbour view room on the Continental Club level (top floor). The view was amazing and the room was a very large size. The Continental Club was excellent. The decor is amazing, and there was never much of a wait for a large table (we were a group of three). Frances and her team made us feel very welcome and treated us like VIPs. I would highly recommend a stay at the Marco Polo in a Continental Club room.More

Good hotel with smoking rooms
Convenient as location , near the star ferry and the traditional shopping area in Hong Kong . Price is good for short trip and rooms are good enough , clean and comfortable

The Location of the Hotel situated in very good location. Which's means the hotel management just needed badly to improvement in little things services. Like fragrance or Carpet parfume(just like sofitel hotel in Melbourne). I hope u do so in your hotel as soon as possible.

The last time we were having a buffet at Cafe Marco was last Dec 2016. We can't forget the food fabulous food and excellent service so we came again for a family gathering yesterday. We found that no matter lunch or dinner buffet the prices are very worth considering the wide spread of food.
There was a soft drink bar with unlimited refill. Every food item with good presentation. They were served in different sections, from Japanese, Chinese, Asian to International. The food I did consume were outstanding.
Long crab legs and claws were replenished very frequently. The lobster bisque pasta is a MUST EAT item. Roasted beef and lamb rack was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the “Indian Food” corner. It served tandoori chicken, chicken curry, seafood curry and mixed vegetable curry. Also, I had my favourite Chinese food ”Preserved Chinese sausage bun (臘腸卷)” and the “Double Boiled Pork Kunckle, Ginger & egg in Black Vinegar Sauce (豬腳薑)” in the buffet.
For the dessert section, all desserts tasted as good as they looked. The quality of the ice cream (Movenpick) was great. There was a small section tailored for kids with cakes, pasta and french fries.
The atmosphere is cosy and clean. The staff was outstanding. Especially thank you for Allan, Daniel and Richard’s great service. They were so passionate about their job.
Cafe Marco is definitely a good choice for a family gathering!

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel has been my home away from home. The service is excellent especially with the help of Erol Ho from the concierge. Everytime I arrive, everything has already been arranged. And when we leave the hotel, checkout is never a hastle. He is very approachable, easy to communicate with and super helpful. ☺️☺️☺️
When it comes to the rooms, it’s very clean with the housekeeping staff named “Money”. She fixes the bed exactly the way I want it with all the pillows in place. This makes me feel like im at home. She always makes sure the room is spic and span everyday.
Kudos to all the staff for the excellent service with the smile. Roy, Jerry and Frank...you have also been great in making this place our home. Good job!
