Memberships, Rewards & Loyalty Programs at IHOP
The IHOP Rewards program is free to join and provides exclusive special offers, access to the IHOP secret menu and free birthday pancakes to all members. IHOP rewards points are called PanCoins, which the restaurant refers to as “crypto-pancake.” For every $5 spent at IHOP, members receive one PanCoin. Customers can then redeem three PanCoins for a free short stack of pancakes.
IHOP Appreciation Savings
In past special promotions for Veterans Day, IHOP has offered free red, white, and blueberry pancakes to active-duty military and veterans. Since most IHOP restaurants are owned by independent franchise operators, available discounts may vary.
