Personnel get fired and no one is responsible of the reservations, personnel are not knowledgeable of the services the company offers. Doesn't provide accurate info. Takes your money immediately but to refund it takes 72 hours. I made my reservation over a month ahead of my flight, never received an email, so after almost over 3 weeks I called left message to return the call, no one call back. I called back spoke with associate an associate which told me the time of reservation which was wrong that I would loose my flight, end of story she ended stating that she will send an email canceling my reservation & refunding my money.

Free home pickup and deluxe shuttles are a plus. On time pickup, as expected. Nice leather captain chairs. Free drinks for the 2 hour ride. I took a chance and will be a repeat customer. Well done Bal.

Ordinarily we use Arizona Shuttle between Prescott and Phoenix. However, my 83 year old mother wanted to try Fly U because she was swayed by their ads which suggest their vans are more luxurious than those of their competitors. Unfortunately that advertising, like the verbal assurances I was given, was deceptive.

In fact the van that finally picked up my mother from the Phoenix airport after a 45 minute wait did not even have a GPS. I had to give the driver directions to find my mother's residence. To make matters worse the van did not even have a slot for the driver to charge his cell phone, which was dead.

The driver apologized for his 45 minute delay indicating he had just started that day and had not been told were to pick up passengers. So he had been driving around the airport. When I called to ask where he was, the owner lied three times, saying he had been delayed by traffic, was picking up a passenger on the other side of the airport and would arrive by 5:30 pm. In fact she could not reach him because his cell phone was dead. We learned the truth when he finally arrived at 5:45 pm for a 5 pm pickup.

I am floored that a driver responsible for passenger safety was not trained before starting and was not given a GPS and a portable charger for his phone given that the van was too old to have a slot to charge it.

I am most disgusted by the lying when we arrived at the Phoenix airport. However even on the front end, communication was flawed as they failed input the email address I gave them into the system, resulting in the confirmation email being sent to an incorrect address. In short, the experience with Fly-U was a mess from start to finish.

There were not where they were supposed to be after a confirmed booking. I feel in from overseas and my flight was on time but they left me stranded in Phoenix and acted like it was my fault. The nice driver at Arizona Shuttle rescued me and got me safely to my destination- use them instead!

Shuttle itself is nice. USB charger, seats, drinks, TV etc.. are nice.

Ride from ERAU to PHX was nice and straight forward. They had to pick another couple of passengers at Prescott, AZ, other than that ride to PHX was uneventful and nice.

We arranged for PHX pick-up at 6:30PM. We wanted to be picked up at 6:15pm, or even earlier since our flight arrived at 5:30pm (only had hand luggage). When we called to confirm we're told ride will be there between 6:30pm and 7:00pm. They informed us that 6:00pm shuttle is full hence they booked us at 6:30pm. Shuttle eventually arrived at 7:15pm. Some traffic issues hence it came late, no problem excuse is accepted. Then we're told we had to wait for another flight/person to arrive. No guaranteed time limit but told "it will be around 7:30pm". 8:00pm has passed. That's when I called the owner/manager and asked why don't you put the other passenger on a later (8:00pm/9:00pm) shuttle. Manager/Owner said she can't do that because the other shuttle is also full. So the 6pm shuttle was full, 8:00pm, 9:00pm shuttles were full too. But I was told NO shuttle came over at 6:00pm nor at 8:00pm. Also, no one else was riding this particular shuttle besides myselft and the person we waited for an hour or so. Owner's point was "they will never leave another passenger behind." Great marketing gimmick. In reality they don't have very many shuttles running and not many are riding. Interestingly they are waiting based on flight arrival time. There is never a guarantee at what time a flight arrives! That could be trouble for those who has plans up on arrival. I can understand waiting but beyond 30 minutes is not acceptable. Eventually the other passenger came on board and we left at 8:20pm. Effectively my son waited for 2.5 hours before it left PHX.

Even worse, the owner/manager started to shout at me when I made the call. Indicating she "doesn't care". She care to wait for others etc.. I will talk to Embry Riddle President about my son... (apparently he questioned the service/delay). For us, this is the first time (freshman) he flew out of PHX from Prescott. He never had to wait at an airport for 2.5 hours before leaving ever. We booked the flight such that he will make it back to Prescott during day light. Eventually he arrived around 10:05pm. What is sad is not only shuttle service is awful, customer service by the owner is horrendous. The driver was nice enough to give some kind of a voucher (for the inconvenience). However, this whole situation could have been handled nicely, EVEN if I am a bad guy. Customer service is the reason we do business. Keep in mind, new services always look and feel nice but time will tell. Good luck!

Sir, We did have your son booked on the 6:30 pm shuttle and did not let anyone assume we had the other shuttle available at other times. As to waiting for the other passenger, it was also a new student, a Freshman, from Embry Riddle, just as your son was ad we had a very worried mother who wanted him to be taken safely to the university. And yes, our later shuttle had NO availability on later shuttles, so I had to make the decision to wait for that student. Your son was consulted if he would not mind, and he had consented to wait. The wait time was not 2 and1/2 hours as you exaggerate, but that boy's flight was delayed 20 minutes and we left in 30 minutes. I had spoken to you that what if the situation was reversed and we had to leave your son behind, to which you had no reply, so please refrain from calling it a marketing gimmick and call it human empathy. Once again, although you have gone in lengths to present an unfavorable picture of us as a company, your son, did not only like our service on social media but also connects and likes us time to time. Tells you something about our service! We apologize for causing an inconvenience but yes, sometimes we do break rules and wait a bit more on humanity grounds. And we only did it because we only had your son on board and asked his permission o do so. Thank you and hopefully you can understand the situation better.

I'm regretting not reading reviews prior to booking a shuttle for my wife. Shame on me. The day before her scheduled pick up time, a representative left a voicemail advising the shuttle had been cancelled. After returning from a hike back in to cell reception, we called to figure out what happened. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and flippant. She berated my wife for not returning her call sooner, and advised the shuttle was cancelled because my wife was the only passenger. What??? Their only alternative was a shuttle getting my wife to the airport 5 hours before her flight, at a price discounted only $8. After cancelling this shuttle, I have yet to receive a refund or confirmation of cancellation. I've attempted contact through their website with no response, and when I attempted to call a supervisor, they have failed to return my call. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE!!! Avoid at all costs. Driver was late by an hour and we almost missed our international flight ( 5 minutes later and we would have missed our flight ). No sympathy or apology from the driver. They seem completely disinterested in you once you have paid. Shameful service! Do hire them though if you wish to add to the stress and uncertainty of today's travel.

1st time traveler with this new and exciting Company . Very impressed with the service, the comfort of the vehicle and the customer service. This family owned and operated business will do very well in a state that needed such services. I wish them all the best.

I took the shuttle from Prescott to the airport. The company was in contact with me before the trip by email and I got a text from the driver an hour before I was supposed to meet him. The van was comfortable and the driver was super courteous. I understand there's been new owners for the last year or so, and service is great!
